Agents Provoked People to Harass a Hospitalized Sunni Prisoner

HRANA News Agency – The agents who were responsible for protecting Solaiman Pairoti, Sunni prisoner in Rajae Shahr prison in Karaj who was hospitalized in a hospital due to a second heart attack, had introduced the prisoner as a “Daesh member” to people at the hospital and incited them to “do anything they liked” against the sick prisoner who was tied to the bed by handcuffs and shackles. The agents allowed triggered citizens to beat the prisoner by keeping the door open. It is reported that some citizens spited him and some have beaten him.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Solaiman Pairoti, Sunni prisoner in Rajae Shahr prison in Karaj was hospitalized in a hospital due to a second heart attack on November 19, 2016. The agents who were responsible for protecting him had introduced the prisoner who was tied to the bed by handcuffs and shackles, as a “dirty Daesh” to the people at the hospital. Shahin Negari Released after Serving 4 Years

HRANA News Agency – Shahin Negari, Bahai citizen and one the instructors in Bahai’s Virtual University, was released from Rajaei Shahr prison after 4 years.

A Comprehensive Report on the Situation of 9 Imprisoned Bahais in Iran

HRANA News Agency – Fariba Kamal Abadi, Jamal-Aldin Khanjani, Mahvash Sabet, Afif Naimi, Saeed Rezai, Behrouz Tavakoli and Vahid Tizfah, are the seven administrative members of the Baha’i Community known as “Yaran-e Iran”, who along with Adel Naimi and Farhad Fahandezh have each been sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment. This 9 Baha’i citizens are currently serving their long sentences at Rajai Shahr Prison of Karaj and Evin Prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), “Yaran-e Iran” is the name of the group that were directing the administrative activities of the Baha’i Community in Iran.  This group was the replacement for the “National Spiritual Assembly of Iran” which was the administrative system and organizational structure of the Baha’is. This assembly was shut down by the Iranian Regime. Fariba Kamal Abadi, Jamal-Aldin Khanjani, Mahvash Sabet, Afif Naimi, Saeed Rezai, Behrouz Tavakoli and Vahid Tizfah, the seven directors of the Baha’i community, along with Adel Naimi and Farhad Fahandezh are 9 Baha’I Citizens who are currently serving their long 10 years imprisonment sentences at Rajai Shahr Prison of Karaj and Evin Prison. Yashar Rezvani’s Trial Scheduled for January

HRANA News Agency – The date of trial of Yashar Rezvani, Baha’i citizen was scheduled. He had been arrested and released temporarily on the bail of 2 billion IRR from ward 4 of Evin prison.

HRANA News Agency – Three Christian citizens of Azerbaijan and their Iranian hosts were released temporarily on the bail.

An Artwork to Unite all Religions in Iran

HRANA News Agency – Ayatollah Abdul Hamid Masumi Tehrani who does Persian miniature and gilding, has offered a symbolic artwork which was made by himself and “carries a legacy of cultures and religions of Mandaean, Christian, Jewish, Zoroastrian, Baha’i, Yarsan, Shiites and Sunnis in Iran” with the aim of unity and equality.

4 Arab Activists Released on the Bail

HRANA News Agency – On October 29, four Arab civilians from Ahvaz including three brothers who had been previously detained by security forces, were released on the bail temporarily until their trial.

Death Sentences of 3 Sunni Prisoners Commuted by the Supreme Court

HRANA News Agency – After the “Black Monday” in Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj when by transferring 37 Sunni prisoners under tight security measurements to solitary confinement, at least 20 of them were executed, reportedly the execution of three Sunni prisoners have been canceled and they were sentenced to 15 years imprisonment.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the death sentences of three Sunni prisoners namely Taimor Naderizadeh, Farzad Shahnazari, Farshid Naseri have been rejected in the Supreme Court and after returning to branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran, their sentences have been changed to 15 years in prison. 24 Shops of Baha’is in Sari Sealed

HRANA News Agency – During the first days of November, at least 24 shops belonging to Baha’is were sealed in Sari, Mazandaran provincial capital.
