Ahmad Asgari In a Critical Health Condition in Evin Prison
HRANA News Agency – The physical and mental condition of Ahmad Asgari, an imprisoned journalist, have been reported to be poor and inappropriate after being held in Evin prison for over 6 months.
According to the sources of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Ahmad Asgari suffers from epilepsy and a serious mental disorder and although his solicitor has requested to issue a punishment intolerance order, the judicial authorities have not given an answer, yet. Saman Naseem Is Alive and Has Contacted His Family
HRANA News Agency – Saman Naseem has not been executed and he has contacted his family from Zanjan prison.

Prison Guards Beat Prisoners of Ward 3 of Rajai Shahr Prison
HRANA News Agency – Prison guards of Rajaei Shahr pushed the prisoners of ward 3 to the yard while beating them.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on Thursday noon, prison guards, led by Amirban, Bagheri and Zolfali raided to ward number three of Rajaei Shahr prison with the excuse of investigation and directed prisoners to yard, while beating them, in the 40 degree centigrade weather. Moslem Yaghobi Released from Rajai Shahr Prison
HRANA News Agency – Moslem Yaghobi, prisoner of conscience, was released from ward 1 of Rajai Shahr prison, in Karaj, and Mehdi Azimi and Yasser Hamidi Shahrabi were sent on leave.

Omid Alishenas Deprived of Family Visits
HRANA News Agency – Omid Alishenas, the well-known imprisoned civil rights activist has been deprived of visiting his family, because of refusing to wear prison uniform since near three months ago.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), despite the presence of his family for the visit on last Wednesday July 1, prison officers did not permit it. Authorities Prevent Mehdi Khodai from Being Released
HRANA News Agency – Although a quite long time has passed from the time that Seyed Mehdi Khodaei should had been released from prison, but his family was threatened to pursue his case, by the authorities of Branch 54 of the General and Revolutionary Appeal Courts in Tehran, when this imprisoned human rights activist’s family chased his case in this Branch.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), during the last days judge Poor Arab, president of the court of the Appeal, Branch 54, had told the family of Mr. Khodaei, that with regard to the application of Article 134 of the Penal Code Act 2013, their son’s sentence has been reduced from 7 years to 5 years. As he has spent more than five years and a half of his imprisonment, his family attempted to follow the process of his freedom, surprisingly, authorities of Branch 54, behaving offensively, gave them a warning, with respect to any follow-up on the situation of the case.
