HRANA News Agency – Davar Hosseini Vojdan, the political prisoner in ward 350 of Evin and the student of Esfahan university is deprived of having furlough.
Davar’s mother told HRANA that “We have asked furlough for Davar many times since the Eid but they just rejected our request and every time they just said that the ministry does not confirm his furlough, and now that the Intelligence ministry confirmed the furlough request they keep saying next week we will give him the furlough, however it is just an empty promise.”
“Khodabakhsh the judge told us that they are going to release Davar. Till now it is three weeks that his furlough has been delayed because of what Khodabakhsh said while there is neither furlough nor releasing”, She continued.
“On Norooz -New year- Davar got forgiveness for two years and half of his six years imprisonment verdict which means he spent more than half of his verdict and conditional furlough is one of his legal rights.”
Davar Hosseini Vojdan was beaten and arrested on December 5, 2011 by the invasion of Intelligence agents to his home and demolition of all the house stuff such as furnitures and curtains. As well his brother was beaten and at the same time his friend Roham Barkachizadeh the student of Physics faculty in Beheshti university got arrested.
Roham Barkachizade was sentenced to seven years and six months imprisonment by judge Salevati in branch 15 of Tehran revolutionary court, but he has been released by bail and his verdict has not been enforced yet.
