HRANA News Agency – Peyman Aref, the former students’ activist has been summoned by the Tehran court on 10th April.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), according to the letter which he has received, he must go the branch 1172 of Tehran court at 9 o’clock a.m. 10th April. He must be tried for the fifth time because of the complaint of Bahram Reshte Ahmadi the former solicitor-general of Tehran on charge of disturbing the public thoughts through an interview with the Kalame website and his flogging sentence.
Reshte Ahmadi who has been fired from his position recently has not been present in the court although the judge Hossein Zade ordered him to do so in the last four trials and since the third one he has sent a lawyer instead of himself.
