Reza Shahabi, Kamran Ayazi and Omid Zareinejad Sentenced to 18 Months in Prison

HRANA News Agency – Reza Shahabi, Kamran Ayazi and Omid Zareinejad, who were charged with propaganda against the regime, have been sentenced to accumulation of 18 months in prison following the events that are known as black Thursday.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), in a court session held on branch number 26 of revolutionary court for three beaten prisoners in “black Thursday” on Saturday March 7, Reza Shahabi was sentenced to one year and Kamran Ayazi and Omid Zaresi Alinejad sentenced to 91 days in prison.
An informed source told HRANA’s reporter, “These sentences have been issued regarding the events of black Thursday, and on charge of having interview with media and publicizing the condition of prison on April 17, 2014”.
Need to be mentioned, on April 17, 2014, (black Thursday) in a raid made by combination of IRGC forces, Intelligent Service and more than 100 officers from prison guard to ward number 350 of Evin prison, more than 30 prisoners were beaten and some were transferred to solitary confinements.
Kamran Ayazi, Reza Shahabi and Omid Zareinejad were three prisoners of ward 350 of Evin prison during this raid, who were transferred respectively to Gohardash (Rajaei Shahr) and Quarantine of ward number 7 of Evin prisons. Reza Shahabi is one of the exiled prisoners to Rajaei Shahr prison.
