Baha’i women are in intolerable condition in the Semnan prison

HRANA News Agency – Imprisoned Baha’i women are suffering a very tough and inhuman condition in the women ward of the Semnan central prison and spending imprisonments’ duration became intolerable for them.
 
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the food quality provided by prison reported inappropriate and uneatable and since the prisoners found glass splinters in their food most of them do not eat and because prisoners have no direct access to the prison shop and the left over of men wards will be available in the shop for women, then most of imprisoned women go to bed hungry including three Baha’i women who are imprisoned with their infants. Two Infants along their mothers in grave danger in Semnan Prison, Iran

HRANA News Agency – Two Baha’i citizens, Zahra Nik-A’in and Taraneh Torabi with their infants in Semnan Prison are in grave danger and need immediate medical care.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Zahra Nik-A’in and Taraneh Torabi, Baha’i citizens who were sentenced to 23 and 20 months in prison, respectively, are serving their sentences at Semnana Prison despite being mothers of infants. Zahra has a 11-month old son, and Taraneh has a five-month old son. All of them are severely sick and need immediate medical care.

Anissa Fanaiyan arrested for enforcement of verdict

HRANA News Agency –  Anissa Fanaiyan, Bahai’e citizen, resides in Semnan arrested for the enforcement of verdict.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Today morning, Saturday 20th of January, Anissa Fanaiyan (Eyghani) the Bahai’e citizen and who resides in Semnan summoned, arrested and transferred to Semnan prison for enforcement of the verdict.

Two Baha’i Infants Imprisoned with Their Mothers Transferred to Hospital

HRANA News Agency – Two Baha’i infants imprisoned with their mothers in Semnan Prison, were transferred to hospital due to health deterioration.
According to the reports by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Two Baha’i infants suffering from lung and ear infections, imprisoned with their mothers in Semnan prison’s Women Ward (one of the worst prisons in Iran), were transferred to hospital.

A Baha’i Mother Was Arrested With Her Infant to Serve Imprisonment

HRANA News Agency – Mona Majidi, Baha’i citizen from Sangsar was arrested with her infant  to serve her six months imprisonment in Semnan Prison.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), intelligence officers arrested Mona Majidi (Ghorbani) with her nine months old infant from her home and transferred them to Semnan Prison to serve her six months imprisonment on Tuesday, December 18, 2012.
