Teymoor Khaledian Insulted and Beaten in the Court

HRANA News Agency – Teymoor Khaledian was insulted and beaten after an argument with security guards when he was entering the Revolutionary Court in Malayer about 3 weeks ago. The prosecutor accused him of disturbing the court order and after a night of detention and formation of a new file, released him on the bail.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Teymoor Khaledian was insulted and beaten by an officer after officer’s bad behavior towards him and an argument between them at his arrival to the Revolutionary Court in Malayer about 3 weeks ago and was arrested.
An informed source confirmed the news in an interview with HRANA and said: “After the officer’s bad behavior and a slap on Mr. Khaledian’s face, to solve the problem they went to the revolutionary prosecutor in Malayer. But the issue became against him.”
The source added: “The prosecutor said: ‘I know him and each time under the pretext of supporting this one or other, he comes here and disturbs the order’, and then issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Khaledian. He did not even accept the bail and said he should spend a night in jail.”
At the end, the source stated: “The next day after his transfer to the prison, the prosecutor agreed with the bail and after a night in prison Mr. Khaledian was released, but a new case was opened with the charge of disrupting the order of court for him.”
It is to say that Mr. Khaledian protested in front of the building of Radio and Television of Iran against censorship in radio and television last June and after being arrested and kept for some time in Rajai Shahr prison in solitary confinement, he was released on the bail.
