HRANA News Agency – Six prisoners were hanged in Shiraz and Isfahan.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), on Monday 13th April, 4 prisoners with drug-related charges were executed in Esfahan prison. One of them has been identified as Siamak Ranjbari. Also, on Tuesday, retaliation sentences for two brothers, Ali and Reza Sardari, were executed in Adel Abad prison in Shiraz. HRANA News Agency – During the last two weeks, 13 prisoners who had been sentenced to death, were hanged in different cities in Iran, which has not been mentioned in any report, so far.

HRANA News Agency – Asadollah Hadi and Ali Salanpoor, two political prisoners were hospitalized in Tajrish hospital following their diseases.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Asadollah Hadi was transferred to the heart center in Tajrish hospital. HRANA News Agency – Mokhtar Zarei, Kavan Mohammadpoor and Pishva Salehzadeh were released on bail from Mahabad prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Court of Mahabad requested a bail of 150 million Tomans for each of these three prisoners, they were released, when the bails were granted on Tuesday 14th April. HRANA News Agency – 8 prisoners were executed in Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), most of these prisoners were sentenced to death with drug-related crimes and were taken to solitary confinements in ward five in Rajai Shahr prison, last Saturday. Mansoor Gholamzadeh, Reza Ghorbani, Mahmood Maleki, Ahmad Malekizadeh and Hamid Farajloo were executed and the other three prisoners have not been identified yet.
The brother of one of those executed, told HRANA’s reporter: “My brother did not deserve execution; unfortunately today his corpse was delivered to my family for burial and funeral services.”
About his brother’s alleged relationship with drugs, he said: “My brother used to be a street fighter and one time he was rotated along with several people, (for humiliation), but he never misused drugs and he was not a drug dealer and he was quiet, but in his second trial, he was sentenced to death by the judge. He was quite and was serving his imprisonment.”
Also, HRANA has got some news, which stated that several prisoners have been taken to solitary confinements for execution in Qezalhesar prison, but we have no more information yet.
HRANA News Agency – Majid Moghadam was returned to the public ward after spending 5 days in solitary confinement.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Majid Moghadam had been transferred to solitary confinement in ward 240, because of being on hunger strike to protest regarding his case’s condition and the bad condition of ward 8.
