A Civilian Died in Police Custody in Isfahan
HRANA News Agency – Mohsen Maleki, Esfahani citizen who was arrested in connection with the “Wednesday Celebration” (Chaharshanbeh Soori), vaguely died in the custody of the police station No 16 in Esfahan, and his family claim that signs of torture were observed on his body.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mohsen Maleki, 26, married and a resident of Esfahan, who had been arrested on the pretext of preventing crime before Wednesday feast, vaguely died in the detention of the police station 16 and his body was buried on Friday. Pressures Grow on Political Prisoners in Urmia Prison
HRANA News Agency – The pressure on political prisoners in central prison of Urmia (Darya) has increased and officials have not kept their promise which they gave to prisoners in order to end their hunger strike.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), the officials promised political prisoners in Central Prison of Urmia that if they would end their hunger strike then they would accept prisoners’ demands such as respecting the principle of crime based separation, etc. but they did not keep any of their promises. A Political Prisoner in Urmia Prison Threatened by Intelligence Agents
HRANA News Agency – Heshmat Numanpoor, political prisoner in the prison of Urmia, was summoned to Intelligence office and threatened with increase in his imprisonment if he would not cooperate with intelligence agents.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), last week, Heshmat Numanpoor, political prisoner of Hall 12 in Central prison of Urmia, was summoned to Intelligence representative office in this prison and after about an hour interrogation, he was threatened that he must cooperate with them, inside and outside the prison, otherwise he will be sentenced to another 10 years imprisonment. 12 Instructors of Erfane Halghe Received Their Sentences
HRANA News Agency – 12 instructors of Erfane Halgheh (Interuniversalism Mysticism) have been sentences to 24 years imprisonment and about 100 Million Tomans Fines.
