HRANA News Agency – Applying the double restrictions by prison officials in Sanandaj prison along with a surplus population has made it very difficult for prisoners to serve their prison sentence. There widely are problems such as deliberate gas interruption, kidney and digestive diseases due to inappropriate drinking water, lack of appropriate medical facilities, non-separation of offenses, insulting and punishment and beating the prisoners, the poor quality and the lack of food in the prison, excessive congestion on the capacity and applying restrictions by prison officials based on what they would like.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Sanandaj Central Prison has a very low standard for keeping inmates and ensuring that the prisoners have their own defined rights despite the media advertisements by the judiciary. Authorities Confirm Seyed Jamal Mosavi’s Execution to His Family
HRANA News Agency – Eventually and after a few days, Seyed Jamal Mosavi’s family was informed that their son had been executed in Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj on August 23, and was buried in an unknown location. Mr. Mosavi had been transferred to an unknown location since August 16, he was seen on August 22 for the last time.

Mahmoud Masoumi and Elham Rasouli Sentenced to Imprisonment
HRANA News Agency – According the verdict issued by Judge Moghiseh of Branch 28 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, Mahmoud Masoumi and Elham Rasouli Baghi, two civil activists were respectively sentenced to 12 years and 1 year imprisonment due to attending the protest gatherings, contacts with the families of detained activists and insulting the leader.

HRANA News Agency – Abbas Hossein Panahi was released on the bail after more than two months. No Information about Ramin Hossein Panahi after more than 100 Days of Detention
HRANA News Agency – Afshin Hossein Panahi’s mother, met with her son after about two months since his arrest by the security forces. The meeting was held at the intelligence ministry in Sanandaj with the presence of security guards. The fates of Abbas and Ramin Hossein Panahi are still unknown.
