Siamak Mirzaei Ended His Hunger Strike in Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – Siamak Mirzaei, Turk (Azeri) activist, ended his hunger strike following completion of case deficiencies and scheduling his trial just according to his primary demand.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Siamak Mirzaei, Turk (Azeri) activist, and prisoner of ward number 8 of Evin prison, who had started a hunger strike on June 17th, in protest to continuous sabotage in the process of his case, high amoun of the bail and also completion of case deficiencies, ended his strike on Tuesday July 4, after his demands were fullfilled. At Least 7 Prisoners Executed in Rajai Shahr Prison

HRANA News Agency – 11 prisoners who had been transferred to solitary confinement were executed in Raja Shahr prison; at least 7 of these prisoners had retaliation sentences.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), at least 11 prisoners who had received retaliation sentences had been transferred to solitary confinements on July 2nd. Golrokh Ebrahimi Irai Must Serve Another 22 Months

HRANA News Agency – Golrokh Ebrahimi Irai, imprisoned human rights activist, is still in Evin prison as well as her husband, Arash Sadeghi. Mrs. Irai has been in prison since 2016 and after a while her imprisonment sentence was reduced from 60 months to 30 months.

According to the report of Human Rights Activist News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Golrokh Ebrahimi Irai, imprisoned civil activist in the Women’s Ward of Evin Prison, will remain in jail for no more than 22 months until being released. Ali Zahed; Still Awaiting the Court Session

HRANA News Agency – Ali Zahed, political prisoner at Ward 350 in Evin Prison, has been kept in limbo for more than a year, after his life imprisonment sentence was broken. His case has been referred to Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court, however, there is still no information on determining the date and time for the case in order to be treated.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), the life time imprisonment sentence for Ali Zahed was revoked by Judge Razini about a year ago at the Supreme Court. His case has been referred to Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran a few months ago. However, there is still no indication of the timing of the trial. A Juvenile Offender on Death Row since 11 Years Ago

HRANA News Agency – Yahya Firouzi is involved in a murder case with his older brother when he was 17 years old. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison and then to death. He is still being kept in an undecided condition and the complaints in the case has changed their address and are not willing to follow-up this case.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Yahya Firouzi was born on April 29, 1998 in Sagan-Oulia village in Gilan-e-Gharb territory. HRANA News Agency – Ali Moezzi, ill political prisoner who should have been released on May 22 by the end of his sentence, faces another lawsuit on charge of propaganda against the regime for the second time. This prisoner has been transferred to Tehran prison after this case was opened for him.

A Prisoner Died in Sanandaj Prison Due to Lack of Medical Treatment

HRANA News Agency – Fardin Faramarzi, a detainee in Sanandaj prison, whose medical disability to serve had previously been confirmed by forensic, died after deterioration of his medical condition and in the aftermath of lack of medical care, including failure to send him to a hospital.

HRANA News Agency – Hossein Ranjbar who had been sentenced to death hanged himself at Rajaee Shahr prison in Karaj and died.

Ayoub Asadi Serving His 7th Year Without Medical Treatment

HRANA News Agency – Ayoub Asadi, a sick and exiled political prisoner at Kashmar Prison, who suffers from asthma, lumbar disks, kidney problems and vision loss in the left eye, has been deprived of medical leave and medical care in prison since about six years ago.
