HRANA News Agency – Seyed Masoud Seyed Talebi, one of the accused people in the so-called “Facebook Activists case”, is sentenced to another 5 years imprisonment on the charge of blasphemy.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Seyed Masoud Seyed Talebi who was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment before, on Saturday 20 December has been sentenced to another 5 years imprisonment at branch 28 of Islamic Revolutionary Court on charge of blasphemy in the absence of his lawyer. 22 Activists in Uremia were Tried

HRANA News Agency – The trial of 22 Uremia inhabitants who were arrested for protesting against the situation of Uremia Lake, was held in the revolutionary court of Uremia.
According to Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the trial of protestors against the situation of Uremia Lake was held in branch number one of the revolutionary court with chief judge Chabok, on Tuesday, December 16. Mohammad Parsi Summoned to Evin Prison to Serve His Sentence

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Parsi, blogger and political activist has been summoned to Evin prison to serve his three years in prison sentence.

According to Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohammad Parsi, blogger and political activist and one of the executors of Saray-Ahl-e-Ghalam meeting, who was arrested along with Mehdi Khazali and some other attendees of the meeting in November 2011, and spent a while in ward 209 of Evin prison, has been summoned for serving his three-year-in prison sentence. Another Iranian Cleric Reiterates: No Civil Rights Possible for Bahais

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Mousavi-Bodjnordi, who heads Iran’s civil rights watchdog and is considered close to President Hassan Rouhani,told the state-run Fars News agency that Iran’s Baha’is minority have no civil rights in the regime because their beliefs are contrary to Islam.

“The Baha’i belief is contrary to Islam. In Iran, Baha’is have no civil rights and in particular, they do not have the right to study.” Civil rights are defined as in line with the beliefs of Ayatollah Khomeini, Mousavi-Bodjnordi said. Officers Prevent 2 Sunni Prisoners from Receiving Medical Treatment

HRANA News Agency – Two Sunni prisoners of conscience in Iran who had been transferred to hospital on Tuesday after a deterioration in their condition were prevented from receiving medical treatment by officers in charge of their case.
