HRANA News Agency – Behnam Ebrahimzadeh, imprisoned worker, was transferred to hospital following severity and deterioration in his illness and physical condition.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Behnam Ebrahimzadeh was transferred to Imam Khomeini hospital in Tehran, on Thursday 16th July because of a recurrence of arthritis in the neck, and was returned to the prison after getting some treatment. HRANA News Agency – The Special Guard of Evin prison has done a series of unusual inspecting, during recent days, in ward 7 and ward 8, each of which lasted for several hours.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), during the first inspection which began in the early hours of the morning on Thursday 16th July, prison guards woke up the prisoners and sent them into the hall and corridors of the wards and started inspecting prisoners’ stuff. HRANA News Agency – Doctor Saeed Madani, sociologist and senior researcher in the social sciences, is spending the fourth year of his sentence in Rajai Shahr prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Doctor Saeed Madani has been sentenced to 9 and a half years imprisonment for two cases and by including his previous detention time, he has spent about 5 years of his sentence. According to Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA)’s legal advisers’ review on the new penal code, the article 32 has have differentiated between the prisoners for asking for appeal. 3 Civil Activists Released on the Bail from Tabriz Prison

HRANA News Agency – Rasoul Razavi, one of the detainees of the “Quds Day” was released on the bail from Tabriz Central Prison. Hossein Rakhshani kia and Sevindik Lotfi, had been released over the past days.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), these activists were released temporarily, on a bail of 50 million Tomans, while they had been charged with “propaganda against the regime” and, “disturbing public opinion” by the Court Branch 19, presided by Judge Samadi, in Tabriz. HRANA News Agency – The trial of Saeed Shirzad did not take place, because of him refusing to wear prison uniform and consequently, failure to send him.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Saeed Shirzad was supposed to have a trial in Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court, presided by Judge Salvati, on 15th July, however he was not sent to the court as he refused to wear the prison uniform and despite the presence of his lawyer, the trial did not take place.
