Afshin Baimani’s Heart Disease Is in Critical Situation

HRANA News Agency – Afshin Baimani is spending very difficult time after his heart disease has reached to acute point and he has been deprived of receiving proper medical treatments and access to a hospital outside the prison, in the beginning of the 16th year of serving in prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on the basis of physician’s advice, Afshin Baimani needs open heart surgery, but due to the distance and family’s financial problems, the required coordination for his hospitalization outside the prison has not been carried out. Esmaeil Gerami Moghadam Transferred to Ward 7 of Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – Esmaeil Gerami Moghadam, the spokesperson of Etemad Meli party, who was arrested last week in Imam Khomaini airport, has been transferred to ward number 7 of Evin prison.
According to the report of the Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mr. Gerami Moghadam who was transferred for a short period to quarantine section of ward 209, has been transferred to ward 7. Saham News which was originally publicized this news in detail, explained that Mr. Gerami Moghadam has been sentenced to 5 years in prison in a trial session in absentia. Photo Report of Freedom of Political Prisoners from Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – Nasour Naghipoor, Seyyed Alireza Beheshti, Neda mostaghimi, Mohammad Hasan Mostaghimi, Mohammad Hasan Yousefpoor Saiyfi, Raham Barakchizedeh, Ali Zakeri, Masoud Sadeghi, Reza Hampay Gharemaleki and Mehdi Dolati have been released from Evin prison. Also, half of the sentence of Kazem Barjasteh and Mohsen Rahmani was pardoned.

2 Other Political Prisoners Released from Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – With Nasoor Naghipour and Alireza Beheshti being released, the number of released political prisoners has been eleven so far.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Neda Mostaghimi, Mohammad Hassan Yousefpour, Roham Barkachi Zadeh, Ali Zakeri, Masood Sadeghi, Reza Hampaye Gharah Maleki, Nader Jani, Mehdi Tadaion, and Mehdi Dolati had been already released, also Kazem Barjasteh and Mohsen Rahmani by reduction on their sentences, were subject to remission of their half remaining sentences. Afghani Citizen Imprisoned for Insulting the Supreme Leader

HRANA New Agency – A young Afghani man, identified as “Saifullah Noori”, who had been arrested on charges of insulting the Leadership and insulting the Islamic Republic’s founder, was transferred to ward 8 of Evin prison.

A Death Sentence Issued after Consent of the Complainants

HRANA News Agency – The images below are evidences that show the procedure of issuing an execution sentence for Ehsan Shah Qasemi, who has been charged with murder of a “Nahi e Monkar”, (Vice Preventer), and has been sentenced to death. The images show that the death time was three years after the conflict and the person who had been beaten up, had already signed a formal consent and had received some money as well, as compensation or treatment expenses.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Ehsan Shah Qasemi and his friends had a conflict with a member of “Basij”, called Ali Khalili, in July 2011, after he gave them a warning as a “Vice Preventer” and then in the fighting, Ehsan Shah Qasim knifed Ali Khalili.
