Kaveh Darolshafa was informed about his allegations, in Evin court
HRANA News Agency – Kaveh Darolshafa informed about his allegations in branch number 6 of Shahid Moghadas court, located in Evin prison. Three allegations were assigned to this political activist regarding black Thursday.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Kaveh Darolshafa, the leftist activist, who was in custody for some time following the protests of political prisoners’ families to the incidents of ward 350 of Evin prison, on Thursday, April 17, has been summoned to branch number 6 of Shahid Moghadas court, in Evin prison and faced allegations of spreading communist ideology, disturbing public order and having alcoholic drinks. Three more executions confirmed at Rajaee Shahr Prison
HRANA News Agency – On Wednesday three more prisoners were executed at the same time as Mohsen Amir Aslani who was hanged because of his believes.

HRANA News Agency – Shahid Moghadas court has set bail of 80 million Thomans for Golrokh Abrahami Iraei for her Facebook activitie. This is while, Arash Sadeghi, her husband is still being held in custody.

A prisoner of conscience has been executed in Iran
HRANA News Agency – Prison officials told the family of Mohsen Amir Aslani that he was executed but, his body has not been delivered to his family.

A political prisoner on hunger strike at Uremia Prison
HARANA News Agency- Alireza Rasoli, political prisoner in Uremia central prison (Darya), is suffering from blood disease and it is couple of days that he has gone on hunger strike.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Alireza Rasoli, from Mahabad city who has been kept in Uremia central prison (Darya) for political charges, has been attacked by a kind of blood disease and due to lack of medical treatment, has gone to hunger strike from couple of days ago.
One of his close relatives told HRANA’s reporter: “From several months ago, Alireza Rasoli was suffering from chest pain but he was not given any treatment and was not visited by a doctor. Now he has got two active cancer tumours, one in his chest and one in his pelvis and he has gone on hunger strike because of not being treated.”
Alireza Rasoli has been sentenced to three and a half years imprisonment for cooperating with one of the Kurdish political parties whilst his friends and relatives say that he just attended a gathering opposite the Education authority office of Mahabad with some other people in support of burned pupils of Sheen A’bad when he was arrested and was encounter with this accusation.
Alireza Rasoli is now, kept in political prisoners’ ward in Uremia central prison (Darya).
Shahram Chiniyan Miandavab beaten in prison, again
HRANA News Agency – On September 20, Shahram Chiniyan Miandavab, a Bahai shopkeeper from Tehran who is serving an 8-year sentence, was beaten as he was being taken to a judge because he refuses to wear the standard prison uniform.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), prisoners of conscience in Iran generally do not wear the prison uniform. Mr. Chiniyan is held in block 1 of Rajai Shahr prison, which is reserved for dangerous prisoners.
One of the other prisoners told HRANA that he was summoned to a judge outside the prison, in relation to one of the cases against him that has not been concluded. At the prison gates, the prison guards demanded that he put on prison uniform, which he refused. The guards beat him and stripped him. He was bruised in many places, and was later treated at the prison clinic because of the severity of his injuries. He was also beaten on August 19, by Mr. Amirian, one of the Deputy Directors at the prison, and a number of prison guards, and his clothes were torn.
Mr. Chiniyan was first arrested in March 2009 and released on March 3, 2010, after using his business license as bail. He was sentenced to 70 lashes and 8 years in prison on a charge of insulting Islam, and began serving his sentence, first in Evin prison in Tehran and then in Raja’i Shahr prison, early in March, 2012. On May 28, 2014, he was transferred to section 1 of Raja’i Shahr, where dangerous criminals are kept.
He was punished with one week in solitary from June 25 to July 1, and four days in solitary on August 20, following his first beating by prison guards.
Conflicts between people and the police in Chabahar
