Behnam Mosivand Returned to Prison by the End of His Furlough

HRANA News Agency – On January 4, 2017, Behnam Mosivand political prisoner in hall 12 of Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj, returned to the prison by the end of his furlough.

Aso Rostami and Behnam Mosivand in Poor Health Condition

HRANA News Agency – On December 27, Behnam Mosivand was prevented from being transferred to the hospital, due to not wearing “infected” prison clothes, handcuffs and shackls, in Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj. Due to his intestinal problems, he was going to have a surgery. Also Aso Rostami was transferred to the clinic of prison due to breathing problems and unconsciousness.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on December 27, Behnam Mosivand was prevented from being transferred to the hospital, due to not wearing “infected” prison clothes, handcuffs and shackles in Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj. Behnam Mosivand; Beaten, Harassed and Deprived of Proper Medical Treatment

HRANA News Agency – Behnam Mosivand, sick political prisoner in Rajai Shahr prison was beaten and harassed with handcuffs and shackles, while being sent to the hospital on wheelchair because of not wearing prison uniform on December 12. Although he eventually was sent to the hospital but he was returned to prison again without receiving the necessary medical services.

Ali Moezi Exiled to Rajai Shahr Prison

HRANA News Agency – Ali Moezi, political prisoner in ward eight of Evin prison, who had been exiled to Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj after protesting against the conflict between general crime prisoners and political prisoners, and had been returned from Rajai Shahr prison due to defects in documents, after being kept in an undecided condition in the quarantine of these two prisons for 15 days, finally was transferred to Hall 12 of political prisoners in Rajai Shahr prison. Mr. Moezi has no good health condition and because of his disease he has “continuous bleeding” in his intestine.

4 Civil Activists in Tehran Sentenced to Imprisonments

HRANA News Agency – Arash Sadeghi, Golrokh Ebrahimi, Naveed Kamran and Behnam Mosivand have been sentenced by the Revolutionary Court Branch 15 to imprisonments.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), on Saturday, 22nd August, primitive sentence of four civil activists was communicated in Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court to them. According to this verdict, Arash Sadeghi has been sentenced to 15 years imprisonment, that in accordance with Article 134 of the Penal Code it will be reduced on the appeal court, Golrokh Ebrahimi was sentenced to six years imprisonment, and Navid Kamran and Behnam Mosivand were sentenced to 18 months imprisonment each. Arash Sadeghi still held in custody

HRANA News Agency – Shahid Moghadas court has set bail of 80 million Thomans for Golrokh Abrahami Iraei for her Facebook activitie. This is while, Arash Sadeghi, her husband is still being held in custody.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Golrokh Iraei wife of Arash Sadeghi is still held in ward 2A of IRGC after almost 3 weeks and a bail of 80 million Thomans has been issued for her alleged Facebook activities.
