HRANA News Agency – Despite being imprisoned for the past two years, a Sunni prisoner has been accused of involvement in a killing that took place less than two months ago.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Malek Mohammad Abadian, a Sunni prisoner of conscience held in Zahedan Central Prison, is facing new charges of involvement in the killing of a teacher who was shot by unknown men on 15 April 2014. HRANA News Agency – Mehdi Abyat, the political prisoner of Rajai Shahr prison of Karaj, has been transferred to solitary confinement since Saturday.

Appeal Court confirmed the sentences of 3 Sunni citizens

HRANA News Agency- The court verdict of 23 months Imprisonment for Danial Babayani, Nematollah Kami and Habibollah Beigzadeh was verified by the Appeal Court.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), these three Sunnite Turkamans were arrested because of activities in cyberspace, particularly Facebook and each of them was sentenced to 23 months imprisonment by the Revolutionary Court of Gonbad, branch one, on December the 19th, last year. HRANA News Agency- Behzad Arab Gol, one of the prisoners in ward 350 of the Evin prison was exiled to Rajai Shahr prison yesterday morning after he had been beaten by the soldiers.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), this prisoner was taken to main office of the prison, right after deputy persecution,  Khodabakhshi, attended the ward 35 in the Evin prison, , and suddenly was beaten by soldiers at the scene and later by prison authorities’ order was exiled to Rajai Shahr Prison. HRANA News Agency – Hamzeh Zargani, Saleh Tamouli (Tarfi) and Adel Sadooni are three Ahvazi citizens who have been sentenced to three years in prison, on charge of administrating pages in Facebook.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Saleh Tamouli (Tarfi) (30 years old), Hamzeh Zargani (30 years old) and Adel Sadooni (24 years old), the residents of Kooy-e-Alavi of Ahvaz were arrested by Ahvaz intelligence service on April 13. HRANA News Agency – Maryam Shafipour‘s sentence of 4 years imprisonment was confirmed whereas the lower court had sentenced her to 7 years in prison.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Maryam Shafipour was convicted to 7 years imprisonment by judge Salavati in Revolutionary Court, branch 15.
