A Christian Convert Released after Serving his Imprisonment Sentence
HRANA New Agency – Rasool Abdullahi, new Christian Convert, was released from Rajai Shahr Prison, in Karaj.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Rasool Abdullahi, Christian convert, who was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment on charge of “gathering and collusion and propagating Christianity” was released from ward 10 of Rajai Shar prison, in Karaj under the parole rule. 8 Political Prisoners on Hunger Strike in Evin and Rajai Shahr Prisons
HRANA News Agency – Following prisoners’ protests against compulsory stay in prison courtyard “to get some fresh air” in winter weather while prisoners do not have appropriate warm cloth, 8 political prisoners in ward 8 of Evin prison were transferred to solitary confinements and subsequently, they went on hunger strike. Recent news suggests that, Saeid Shirzad has been beaten and transferred to Rajai Shahr prison, in Karaj.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), following a guild complain by prisoners in ward 8 of Evin prison regarding a compulsory use of ward courtyard in the cold weather while there is a lack of warm clothing, on Monday noon, Aso Rostami, Amir Amirgholi and Amir Hushang Navaei, were taken to solitary confinements and so they went on hunger strike. Saman Naseem’s Fate Is Unclear
HRANA News Agency – There is no information about Saman Naseem, death row political prisoner, who was arrested when he was just 17 years old.

Behnam Ebrahimzadeh Transferred to Quarantine of Rajai Shahr Prison
HRANA News Agency – Behnam Ebrahimzadeh, worker and political activist has been transferred from ward 209 of Evin Prison to the Quarantine section of Karaj Rajaee Shahr Prison.

Extensive Raids in Tehran and Isfahan: 17 Bahais Arrested
HRANA News Agency – On February 16 and 17, security officers raided and searched the homes of Bahais in Tehran and Isfahan, and arrested 17 Bahais.

A Report about Mohmmad Seddigh Kaboodvand’s Latest Status
HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Seddigh Kaboodvand, journalist and human rights activist, despite enduring seven and a half years imprisonment, has to spend 3 more years in prison. Mr. Kaboodvand is being held in prison, just because of his human rights activities.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mohammad Seddigh Kaboodvand, founder of Kurdistan’s Human Rights Organization, was arrested on 1st July 2007 and after the trial, he was sentenced to 10 and a half years imprisonment. He has passed 7and a half years of his sentence. Mohammad Seddigh Kaboodvand has been affected by kidney infection, severe decrease in blood glucose levels and extreme physical weakness in prison, but according to what his relatives say, he is now in better physical condition. 6 Prisoners Executed in Kerman and Shiraz
HRANA News Agency – 4 prisoners in Adelabad prison and 2 prisoners in Kerman prison (Shahab) were executed by hanging on 15th February.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), on Saturday 14th February, 2 men and one woman with drug related crimes were transferred to solitary confinements in Shahab prison in kerman, in order to be hanged.
