HRANA News Agency – This is more than two years of detention and imprisonment of Hamid Babaei, former PhD student of economics at the University of Liege in Belgium, and he has been deprived of close visits during the last one year and is experiencing difficult conditions in Rajai Shahr prison, in Karaj.

According to Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Hamid Babaei is facing many problems at the beginning of the third year of his imprisonment, and due to the illegal treatment of the authorities based on their personal manner; he has been deprived of close visits. The Judiciary Intended to Seize the Bail Put for Peyman Aref

HRANA News Agency – According to the warning issued by the executive branch number one from Evin court of area 33 of Tehran, Masoud Oliyaeifar, is mandated to summit Payman Aref to the judiciary. In this warning it is stated that if Payman Aref will not be summited, the bail will be seized as the property of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Amin Anvari Summoned to the Court again

HRANA News Agency – Amin Anvari has been summoned to the court again and has to go to branch 26 of the revolutionary court.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Amin Anvari Rostami who had been recently summoned by branch 26 of the revolutionary court with chief judge Ahmadzadeh has been sentenced to 30 months in prison, has been again summoned to the court by a phone call made on Wednesday June 28. Yashar Darolshafa’s Retrial Request Rejected by the Supreme Court

HRANA News Agency – Yashar Darolshafa’s request for a retrial was rejected by the Supreme Court.

Amin Anvari Sentenced to 30 Months of Suspended Imprisonment

HRANA News Agency – Amin Anvari Rostami, student at Amir Kabir University (Polytechnic), has been sentenced to two and a half years suspended imprisonment, by the Branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court presided by Judge Ahmadzadeh.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), the trial for Amin Anvari Rostami was held in Branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court, on 15th July, and this civil activist was sentenced to a total of two and a half years imprisonment on charges of propaganda against the regime, insulting the leadership and insulting regime officials (Misbah Yazdi) on Facebook, which was suspended for 5 years. HRANA News Agency – Raoof Shahbazi, student of Hamedan University of Technology, has been arrested and transferred to Hamedan prison.

2 Executed Prisoners Buried in Kermanshah

HRANA News Agency – Two executed prisoners of Ghezelhesar Prison, in Karaj, were buried in Kermanshah and Kohdasht.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), these two men, Ali Koshki, 24, and Ahmad Ebrahimi, 47, son of Hossein, who were charged with drugs related crimes, were hanged in Ghezelhesar prison on Monday 25th May.
