Bahareh Hedayat’s Family’s Complaint Being Proceeded in Disciplinary Court of Judges

HRANA News Agency – The complaint of Bahareh Hedayat’s family against illegal detention and judicial violations, is being handled at the Disciplinary Court of Judges. The illegal imprisoning after the verdict of freedom, lack of integration of crimes, failure to apply the 134th article of the punishment law accurately and timely are the part of infractions of the judiciary in the case of  this political prisoner.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the complaints of Bahareh Hedayat’s family has been registered this year and is being handled at the Disciplinary Court of Judges. Zeinab Jalalian in Critical Health Condition in Khoy Prison

HRANA News Agency – The legal case of Zeinab Jalalian, political prisoner in the prison of Khoy, remains uncertain and also, the repeated requests to send her to the hospital or furlough have been rejected so far.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), one of Zeinab Jalalian’s close relatives, in an interview with HRANA said; “this political prisoner in the prison of Khoy despite suffering from serious diseases and the risk of losing her eyesight, and despite abundant and numerous requests to send her to a hospital outside the prison for treatment, judicial and security authorities refuse to send her and her case is still completely in uncertainty.” Continue reading “Zeinab Jalalian in Critical Health Condition in Khoy Prison”

2 Civil Rights Activists Tried in Tehran

HRANA News Agency – The court hearing for “Puria Ebrahimi” and “Shokofeh Azar Masouleh”, two civil and social activists was held in Branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court, by Judge Ahmadzadeh, on Wednesday 2nd March. In this trial which lasted two hours, along with these two civil and social activists, Judge Salvati, lawyers, prosecutors and representatives of the Ministry of Intelligence were present.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Shokofeh Azar Masouleh had been sent from Evin prison to the court and, according to one of the attendees, by accepting a pay slip, she may be released next week on the bail. Nahid Gorji Sentenced to 3 Years in Prison

HRANA News Agency – Nahid Gorji, social activist, has been sentenced to 3 years imprisonment by the appeal court and the sentence has been sent to the executive branch. The resident of Mashhad was released on the bail after a year of detention this year.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Nahid Gorji was arrested by the intelligence forces at her home on October 11, 2014 and after the inspection of her house, she was transferred to the revolutionary court of Koohsangi in Mashhad and then to an unknown location. After two weeks, the bail of 400 million thomans was issued for her, according to her family the amount was too heavy and they could not provide it. Shokoufeh Azar Masoule’s Trial Postponed

HRANA News Agency – Shokoufeh Azar Masoule’s trial which was supposed to be held on Wednesday 24th February at branch number 26 of Tehran’s Revolutionary court, was postponed to the following week. The reason for postponing the trial is the rain and lack of preparation for transferring her to the Revolutionary Court.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), this civil rights activist has been deprived of visits for more than 9 months during her detention, due to loss of immediate family members, and because of not being able to provide the proposed bail; she has remained in prison. Roghaye Alizade’s Hearing Held in the Revolutionary Court of Ardabil

HRANA News Agency – Abbas Lisani’s family, his wife and two sons were present at the general revolutionary court of Ardabil following repeated summons. The Turksish activist (Azeri) of Ardabil is currently being held in prison in Shiraz.

Shokoofeh Azar Masoule’s Trial Was Held in Tehran

HRANA News Agency – Shokoofeh Azar Masoule’s trial was held on Wednesday 24th February at branch number 26 of Tehran’s Revolutionary court with chief judge Ahmadzade. This civil rights activist has been deprived of visits during her detention due to the loss of immediate family members and because of not being able to provide the proposed bail; she has remained in prison.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), her charges have been announced as ”propaganda against the regime” and “gathering and collusion with intention of disruption of the national security”. A Political Prisoner’s Wife Summoned To The Court In Ardabil

HRANA News Agency – Roqiyeh Alizadeh, the wife of Abbas Lesani, imprisoned political and civil activist, was summoned in writing “to give some explanations” to the second branch of the Prosecutor General and Revolutionary Courts in Ardabil city.

After 16 Months Of Detention, Atena Daemi Released On The Bail

HRANA News Agency – Atena Daemi, imprisoned civil rights activist, was released on the bail from Evin prison after sixteen months of detention.

Tahereh Jafari Deprived of Medical Furlough

HRANA News Agency – The Prosecutor’s office have not agreed with the medical furlough of Ms Tahereh Jafari, political prisoner of the women’s ward of Evin prison.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Tahereh Jafari has spent over half of her one-year sentence on charges of propaganda against the regime and has had the legal possibility of parole since long time ago.
