HRANA News Agency – Naim Abbasi, the brother of Ghazi Abbasi who was executed, has been arrested.
 
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Naim Abbasi has been arrested yesterday morning at 7 o’clock at his home.
 
He has been born in 1988 and is the younger brother of executed political prisoner, Ghazi Abbasi.
 
Ghazi Abbasi, the political prisoner of Karoun prison of Ahwaz had been transferred to an unknown location on October 4, 2013. His family as well as the families of 3 other political prisoners was informed unofficially about the execution of their loved ones.
 
Shahab Abbasi, the other brother is also serving his imprisonment sentence in exile in Uremia Prison.
 
The local sources say he has been arrested to put more pressure of the family not to have any interviews with independent media and human rights organizations.
 
The families of Ghazi Abbasi, Abdolreza Amir Khanafere, Abdolamir Mojdami and Jasem Moghadam Panah have not received the bodies of their beloved ones yet.
