Families of Sunni prisoners on hunger strike

HRANA News Agency – The families of 4 Sunni prisoners have started hunger strike, in solidarity with the prisoners who are on strike in response to their death sentences.

 

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the families of Hamed Ahmadi, Kamal Moulayi, Jamshid Dehghani and Jahangir Dehghani, started their hunger strike after visiting the prisoners and observing their condition, on Saturday, December 28, 2013.

 

Hamed Ahmadi, Kamal Moulayi, Jamshid Dehghani and Jahangir Dehghani are in hunger strike since November 4, in response to their unfair death sentences and act of violation separation of criminals act.

 

Tuesday morning, around 8 o’clock, Hamed Ahmadi lost his conscious and transferred to prison’s clinic. He got back his conscious after an hour, which then he refused to take serum and then transferred to ward. He is suffering from severe stomach and kidney bleeding.

 

Jamshid Dehghani, Jahangir Dehghani and Kamal Moulayi also lost their conscious and transferred to hospital, on Monday. After a day, yet there is no news from Jamshid Dehghani and he did not back to ward.
