A report about death row Sunni prisoners

HRANA News Agency – The condition of Sunni prisoners of conscientious is reported very critical on the 66th day of their hunger strike.

 

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Hamed Ahmadi, one of the 4 prisoners lost his conscious, and was transferred to prison clinic, on Wednesday January 8.

 

An informed source told HRANA’s reporter: “After few hours when he got back his conscious, he realized that his clothes were wet. When he sought for the reason, other inmates told him that because prison’s physician did not believe that he had lost his conscious, he had poured water on him.”

This source continued, “On Wednesday night, when Hamed Ahmadi was going for Vozou (religious ablution), he had fallen and his head hit the toilet. His blood pressure was 5/8 and the physician described the condition of him, Kamal Moulayi, Jamshid Dehghani and Jahangir Dehghani very dangerous. When Hamed had got back his conscious, he noted that a serum is injected to him and he has been taken some photos.”

On Wednesday night, Jamshid Dehghani lost his conscious and transferred to hospital, but yet there is no information from him, at the time that this report is being composed.

Hamed AHmadi, Kamal Moulayi, Jamshid dehghani and Jahangir Dehghani are in hunger strike, since November 4, 2013, to protest against the death sentence and some corporate demands.

There are more than 200 Sunni prisoners, who are imprisoned all over the Iran, including Tehran, Sanandaj, Kermanshah, Saghez, Mahabad and Marivan, which some of them are still on a suspended and unknown situation, even after three years.

Among them, 39 were sentenced to death.
