HRANA News Agency – At least seven civil activists were arrested by security forces in different parts of the country. Among the detainees, Saeed Eqbal, Dariush Zandi, Shima Babaei, Leyla Farjami, Mahmoud Masumi and Behnam Mousivand have been so far identified, but the number of the detainees will probably increase.

HRANA -The Center of Statistics at Human Rights Activists in Iran (HRAI) has published a report regarding the recent seven days of protests in Iran which occurred from December 28, 2017 to January 03, 2018. Currently, we have reports on the extent of the protests and the names of arrested individuals as of January 09, 2018.
At the time of compiling this report, the Iranian State had not provided a conclusive report of the protests and it’s under currents. Therefore, this report should be deemed as a cursory review and a collection of the reports of the events rather than a singularly comprehensive one. HRANA News Agency – On June 6, Mahmoud Masumi, student who had been arrested in front of Dena Tire building, was transferred to Great Prison of Tehran (Fashafoyeh), once again. The reason for his transfer to the prison is still unknown.
