Misagh Yazdan-Nejad’s Case Is Going To Be Treated Again In The Court Of Appeal

HRANA News Agency – The sentence of 13 years imprisonment for Misagh Yazdan-Nejad has been broken by the Supreme Court and a parallel Court branch is going to make a new decision in this regard.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), in the eighth year of his imprisonment, the sentence of 13 years imprisonment for political prisoner, Misagh Yazdan-Nejad was broken, after a judicial review by the Branch 14 of the Supreme Court and the Appeal Court Branch 54, as a parallel branch, is going to consider the case of this political prisoner. 19 political prisoners on hunger strike in Rajai Shahr prison

HRANA News Agency – 19 political prisoners of Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj have gone on hunger strike in solidarity with the political prisoners of ward 350 of Evin prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Afshin Heyratian, Heshmatollah Tabarzadi, Saleh Kohandel, Said Masouri, Mohammad Ali Mansouri, Rasoul Badaghi, Mohammad Banazadeh Amirkhizi, Khaled Hardani, Hamid Reza Borhani, Batir Shahr Mohammadov, Misagh Yazdan Nejad and Naseh Yousefi have gone on hunger strike since the morning of April 23rd in solidarity with the political prisoners of ward 350 of Evin prison. HRANA News Agency – At least 8 political prisoners went on hunger strike after Shahrokh Zamani and Rasoul Badaghi were taken to the solitary.
 
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Rasoul Badaghi and Shahrokh Zamani, the 2 political prisoners of the ward 12 of Rajai Shahr prison had been taken to the solitaries after protesting to closing the library of the prison. Two prisoners are temporary released

HRANA News Agency – Akram Alsadat Sanjari and her son Milad Yazdan Nejad are released on the bail of 50 million Thomans.
 
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Akram Alsadat Sanjari and Milad Yazdan Nejad are two of the five civilians who had been arrested on February 18th by the intelligence agents.
 
The other three were Dina Karimi Rahjerdi, Hanif Attar Zade and Asef Rezaiyan who have been released before on the bail of 100 million Thomans.
 
Akram Alsadat Sanjari and Milad Yazdan Nejad are the mother and the brother of Misagh Yazdan Nejad who has been sentenced to 14 years of prison on charge of enmity against the God.

3 political prisoners are released in Tehran

HRANA News Agency – Dina Karimi and her son Hanif Attarzade and also Asef Rezaiyan have been released temporary from the prison. There is also a 100 million Thomans bail determined for Akam Alsadat Sanjari and Milad Yazdan Nejad.

HRANA News Agency – Five citizens who were arrested on February 18, 2013 are under pressure in section 209 of Evin prison.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), these 5 were arrested on February 18, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. in their homes in Tehran.

Misagh Yazdan Nejad Denied Medical Care

HRANA News Agency – Political prisoner Misagh Yazdan Nejad has been denied medical care by judicial and prison authorities.Currently, he is behind bars in critical condition in Rajai-Shahr Prison.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), although the medical examiner and the medical commission have recommended to the prosecutor and prison officials that Misagh Yazdan Nejad needs to undergo a surgery, nothing has been done thus far.
