HRANA News Agency – The persecutor of the Branch 6 of Ormia court changed the bail order for Yousef Kakeh Mami to detention order in his new case.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Yousef Kakeh Mami was charged with propaganda against the regime, in a new case while he was serving his imprisonment sentence in the prison of Ormia. However, according to HRANA’s sources, the persecutor of Branch 6 of Mahabad court is going to change the bail order to deprive him of being released when his sentence is finished. HRANA News Agency – Hassan Kamal Ramazan, Syrian political prisoner of Uremia prison, has been transferred to solitary confinement (controlled by the revolutionary guards), and Yousef Kakeh Mami is still kept in intelligence service detention centre.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Hassan Kamal Ramazan has been transferred to the detention centre of intelligent service of Uremia on June 24 at 3 pm. Yousef Kakeh Mami, another prisoner of this prison, after 10 days still is kept in solitary confinement. HRANA News Agency – Yousef Kakeh Mami, political prisoner in Ormia prison, was summoned to the office of branch 6 of court in Ormia, on charges of propaganda against the regime and communicating with foreign media.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), this was notified on Tuesday 23rd June to Ormia prison, while this prisoner had been transferred to solitary confinement of Intelligence office in Ormia, on 15th June, and there is no information available about him. HRANA News Agency – The following list includes the names of prisoners of conscience and political prisoners in Ormia whose sentences in total regardless of pending cases, is up to 260 years in prison and five death row prisoners included. However, except a few cases (three Baha’is, a spy and one convicted after the elections in 2009), the majority of these prisoners have been alleged with holding connection, supporting or being active member of one of the Kurdish parties, and have been arrested, so that, only a brief mention of “cooperation with the Kurdish opposition” refers to this type of accusations. It should be noted that the following list is a primary list and probably will be updated with more information.
