HRANA News Agency – The investigation trial of defendants, who have alleged of ordering the murder of Behnood Ramazani, one of the protestors of post-presidential elections in 2009, will be held at the military court of Tehran publicly.

According to Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the trial of Behnood Ramazani’s murder will be held in branch number height of military court of Tehran on Sunday, November 16, at 9 am (located in junction of Shariati and Beheshti streets, on judicial division of the armed forces), publicly. 5 civil Right Activists undecided at IRGC’s solitary confinements

HRANA News Agency – 16 Sunni converts from Iran’s Ahwazi Arab minority were arrested on Monday during a Qur’an class in the Shekara district of Ahwaz city, Iran.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the men were arrested after Iranian security forces raided the house of one of the men, Mohammad Timas Silawi, where the men had gathered for a Qur’an and Arabic language class. HRANA News Agency – last week, Mohammad Ali Taheri was summoned to the court from Solitary Confinement at Ward 2-A of Evin Prison while he was on hunger strike and was suffering from extreme weakness.

According to the report of HRANA, quoting from a close news site to Mohammad Ali Taheri, last week, while Mr Taheri was in extreme state of weakness due to his second week of hunger strike, he was summoned to the court from solitary confinement at Ward 2-A of Evin Prison. Pardon, freedom and merger of conviction for 4 Political Prisoners

HRANA News Agency – Behzad (Hossein) Asiaie and Kaveh Rahimi who had to serve the remaining 5 months of their sentence in prison have been pardoned. Hamidreza Yazdani received one year pardon and Safa Daneh received a one year reduction of his sentence through Merger of Conviction.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on Sunday, Behzad ( Hossein) Asiaie and Kaveh Rahimi were notified of the pardon given to them and have been told that their remaining 5 month sentence is forgiven . HRANA News Agency – Adnan Rahmat-Penah, a Bahai from Shiraz, reported to Adel-Abad prison on November 11, to begin serving a one-year sentence.
