9 Sunni prisoners were summoned by intelligence

HRANA News Agency – 9 Sunni prisoners of Rajaei Shahr prison of Karaj were summoned and interrogated by intelligence officers once more.

 

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), 9 Sunni Kurdish prisoners of ward 10 of Rajaei Shahr prison with the names of Varia Amiri (sentenced to 10 years in prison), Varia Ghaderifard (Sentenced to death), Shahoo Ibrahimi (Sentenced to death), Amjad Salehi (unknown), Omid Payvand (unknown), Bahman Rahimi (Sentenced to death and Mohammad Yavar Rahimi (sentenced to death) were transferred to ward number 8 which is also known as IRGC ward and is controlled by intelligence agency and interrogated by an intelligence officer on Wednesday, February 29. HRANA News Agency – Seyed Hadi Hossaini and Seddigh Mohammadi, the Sunni prisoners of Ghezel Hesar prison are under the extra pressure by the authorities.

 

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), after the transfer of Hamed Ahmadi, Kamal Moulayi, Jamshid Dehghani and Jahangir Dehghani to Rajaei Shahr prison following their 75 days hunger strike, two other prisoners with the name of Seddigh Mohammadi and Seyed Hadi Hossaini, are still kept in Ghezelhesar and authorities are putting extra pressure on them. HRANA News Agency – Mashallah Hae`ri, the old prisoner of Rajaei Shar prison, has been transferred to Day hospital, after a heart attack, while being handcuffed and shackled.
 
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mashallah Hae`ri was transferred to prison clinic and then by physician’s medical order, on an emergency form to Imam Khomeini hospital, after his ears and nose were bleeding, on February 13. HRANA News Agency – The Iranian Writers Association says government officials prevented the group from holding its monthly advisory meeting.

 

In a statement, the association says the meeting was scheduled to be held at the home of one of the members on Tuesday January 21. However, in a telephone communication, the security officials summoned the member to the ministry of intelligence and forced him to cancel the meeting.
