Two Individuals Arrested in Bukan

Security forces recently arrested Alan Daghdar and Siamak Hayasi in Bukan and took them to an undisclosed location.

According to HRANA, the news agency of Human Rights Activists, quoting Kurdpa, on April 18, 2023, Alan Daghdar was arrested in Bukan.

On April 19, Siamak Hayasi was also arrested in this city.

During the arrests, the agents reportedly did not show any arrest warrant. They also searched Hayasi’s house and seized some of his belongings.

The reason for these arrests, the location of their detention and the allegations are currently unknown.

 

 

Three Individuals Arrested in Bukan

Recently, security forces arrested three citizens, Abubakr Mamzadeh, Razgar Beygzadeh Babamiri and Ahmad Mamzadeh and took them to an undisclosed location.

According to HRANA, the news agency of Human Rights Activists, quoting Kolbarnews, on April 17, 2023, Abubakr Mamzadeh, age 52, and Razgar Beygzadeh Babamiri, age 38, were arrested in Bukan.

The next day, security forces arrested Abubakr’s brother, Ahmad Mamzadeh, age 63.

The reason for their arrests, whereabouts and allegations against them are still unknown.

 

Two Individuals Arrested in Zahedan

Hamed Kahrazeh and Naeem Bijarzahi, both residents of Zahedan, were arrested on April 12 by intelligence agents and taken to an undisclosed location.

According to HRANA, the news agency of Human Rights Activists, quoting the Baloch Activists Campaign, on April 12, 2023, security forces arrested Hamed Kahrazeh and Naeem Bijarzahi in Zahedan, Sistan and Baluchestan Province.

According to sources, the two individuals were arrested violently on a street in Zahedan. Baloch Activists Campaign reported that during a phone call to their families, they mentioned filming the arrest of Mohammad Narooie as the reason for their arrest. The Ministry of Intelligence identified them through CCTV cameras.

The whereabouts of Kahrazeh and Bijarzahi remain unknown.

Three Schoolgirls Arrested for Poison Attacks on Schools in Shiraz

Three schoolgirls, Erfaneh Honar, Setayesh Darougheh, and Setayesh Amiri, have been arrested for serial poison attacks in Shiraz. These minors are being held in the quarantine section of Adelabad Prison in Shiraz.

According to HRANA, the news agency of Human Rights Activists, in recent days, three school girls were arrested over poison attacks on schools in Shiraz.

An informed source told HRANA, “They were arrested in recent days, although the exact date of their arrest is unknown. These three young girls are currently being held in the quarantine section of Adelabad Prison without access to phone calls or family visitation.”

Although the specific allegations against them are unknown, it is worth noting that in recent months, security and judicial institutions have attempted to deflect blame onto opposition groups or even to scapegoat students.

Between late November 2022 and March 7, 2023, at least 290 schools, primarily girls’ schools, were targeted by poison attacks using an unspecified toxic gas, affecting at least 7,068 students in 103 schools. For further details and statistics, please refer to the HRANA report.”

Hafez Omar Askani Arrested in Rask

On April 12, 2023, security forces arrested Hafez Omar Askani in Rask County and took him to an undisclosed location.

According to HRANA, the news agency of Human Rights Activists, on April 12, 2023, quoting Haal Vsh, 25-year-old Hafez Omar Askani was arrested by security forces in Rask County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province.

Security forces reportedly arrested Askani at his workplace and did not show any arrest warrant.

Askani’s location and the allegations against him are still unknown.

Citizen Killed by Police During Arrest in Qods County

On April 8, a citizen identified as Mohsen Maleki was fatally shot in the back of the head by police during a chase in Qods County.

According to HRANA, the news agency of Human Rights Activists, on April 8, 2023, a citizen, identified by HRANA as Mohsen Maleki, was killed by the police in Qods County, Tehran province.

An informed source told HRANA, “At 1:00 AM on Saturday, several police agents raided Maleki’s house to arrest him. The police killed him while he was trying to run away. He was unarmed and did not intend to confront the police.”

HRANA’s annual report indicates that in 2022, 845 people were shot by police or military forces, and at least 571 of the victims lost their lives.

Over 100 Schoolgirls Hospitalized following Poison Attacks; Several Parents Arrested at Protests

On April 9, 2022, six schools in Saqqez, Kurdistan Province, were targeted by poison attacks, resulting in over 100 schoolgirls being hospitalized. Additionally, security forces arrested several parents who were protesting the attacks.

According to HRANA, the news agency of Human Rights Activists, quoting the Coordination Council of Iranian Teachers’ Trade Associations, on April 9, 2022, more than 100 schoolgirls fell ill due to the poison attacks. Among them, 24 are in critical condition.

Security forces used tear gas to disperse the parents who had gathered outside these schools. The report did not provide information on the number of arrested parents or their detained location.

Two Individuals Arrested in Zahedan

Security forces arrested Ahmad She-Bakhsh and Abdolhamid She-Bakhsh, two residents of Zahedan, and took them to an undisclosed location.

According to HRANA, the news agency of Human Rights Activists, quoting Haal Vsh, on March 29, 2023, Ahmad She-Bakhsh and Abdolhamid She-Bakhsh were arrested by security forces.

The intelligence agents reportedly arrested them on their way from Chabahar to Zahedan and took them to an unknown location in Zahedan. Their family inquiries from security/judicial authorities have remained unanswered so far.

The allegations against these individuals are still unknown.

 

Two Individuals Killed in Unrestrained Shooting by Military Forces

In separate incidents on April 3, 2023, Hassan Siahani and Eslam Dorkhani were shot dead by military forces in Sistan and Baluchestan Province.

According to HRANA, the news agency of Human Rights Activists, quoting Haal Vsh, on April 3, 2023, a citizen was killed in an unrestrained shooting by military forces in Saravan County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province.

This individual has been identified as Hassan Siahani, age 40, and a resident of a village in Saravan County. The military forces reportedly began shooting directly at him without any warning.

According to another report, military forces shot dead another citizen, identified as Eslam Dorkhani, in Sistan and Baluchestan Province on the same day.

According to HRANA annual report, in 2022, 845 people were shot by military forces. At least 571 of the victims lost their life. This includes 22 kolbars, 9 fuel carriers, and 540 civilians. 274 people were injured by military forces open fire, including 134 kolbars, 128 civilians, and 12 fuel carriers.

 

 

Several Tour Members Arrested in Dezful

The Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Dezful announced the arrest of several tour members in Dezful County.

According to HRANA, the news agency of Human Rights Activists, quoting ILNA, several tour members were arrested in Dezful.

Without disclosing the number of detainees and the allegations, the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Dezful, Mehdi Amadeh, mentioned breaking norms and indecent acts as the reason for the arrest.

According to this judicial official, this tour had lodged adjacent to Dez Dam Lake in Dezful Country. He also stated that the tour leader was jailed in prison.
