HRANA News Agency – The verdict of Shokoufeh Azar Masouleh and Puria Ibrahimi, two civil society and social activists was issued in branch 26 of the revolutionary court headed by Judge Ahmadzadeh on March 12.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Puria Ibrahimi has been acquitted of the charges of organizing the assassination of Judge Salvati and was sentenced to two years in prison and five years of suspended imprisonment and 30 lashes on chareges of “propaganda against the Islamic Republic in favor of so-called human rights organizations and groups” and “disturbing public order by participating in illegal gatherings”. HRANA News Agency – Motaleb Ahmadian, political prisoner, was transferred from Sanandaj prison to an unknown place on March 8th and has not returned to this prison till today.

HRANA News Agency – Three political prisoners who are kept in Minab prison, have been sentenced to a total of 100 years. Three Kurdish political prisoners, “Mohammadhossein Rezaei”, “Kamal Sharifi” and “Afshin Sohrabzadeh” were sentenced respectively to 45, 30 and 25 years in prison and have been exiled to Minab prison long ago.

HRANA News Agency – Ali-Reza Farahani, security prisoner at the Rajai-Shahr Prison of Karaj, has been exiled from Ward 2 (known as Darul-Quran) to Ward 10 of this prison.
According to HRANA’s Sources, Ali-Reza Farahani, security prisoner of Rajai-Shahr Prison following a tension with the prison officials, has been transferred as a punishment from Ward 2 (Darul-Quran) to hall 32 of Ward 10 of Rajai-Shahr Prison. HRANA News Agency – The condition of Afshin Sohrabzadeh, political prisoner in Minab prison has been described as “dangerous”. This prison has “colon cancer, internal bleeding and kidney problems” since a long time ago.

HRANA News Agency – Mahmoud Beheshti was deprived of close visit with his family because of continued refusal to wear prison uniform like last week and had a cabin visit with them. ITTA former and imprisoned spokesperson said that according to the law, political defendants had no obligation to wear prison uniform.

HRANA News Agency – Mohsen Shoja, civil rights activist, and one of the arrestees during a sit-in in front of Evin prison, said that he had to introduce himself to Evin prison to endure his 91-day sentence, on 16th March.
In a conversation with the reporter of HRANA, Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran, Mohsen Shoja said: “About four months ago, I was arrested at a sit-in in front of Evin prison and in building number two of the judiciary, the Branch 1060, I was sentenced to 91 days imprisonment and 74 suspended lashes by Judge Farshid Dehghan on charge of “disturbing public order through turbulence”, and for my 91 days imprisonment sentence and suspended 74 lashes sentence, considering about 1 moth detention time, I have to present myself at Evin prison on 16th of this month”.
