HRANA News Agency – Ramadan Ahmed Kamal, Syrian Kurdish prisoner who was in coma when he was sent to the hospital because of being beaten by the guards, after recovery was returned to Rajai Shahr prison without getting any treatment.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Ramadan Ahmed Kamal, Kurdish Syrian prisoner in Rajai Shahr prison, who had gone into a coma when he was sent to hospital the because of being beaten by the guards, on Wednesday 30 December, after recovery from the coma in Imam hospital (Hezar Takhtekhabi Hospital) and spending a few days there was returned to Rajai Shahr prison. Motaleb Ahmadian; Awaiting His Trial Since 5 Years Ago

HRANA News Agency – The court hearing for Motaleb Ahmadian, prisoner in Sanandaj prison, has not been held yet, even after more than five years of his detention and one of his cases still remains undecided.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Motaleb Ahmadian who has been transferred to Sanandaj prison from Saghez prison to be tried on the accusation of murder, despite the lapse of 5 years from the time of arrest, has not received the verdict yet. The List Of Over 80 Political Prisoners In Rajai Shahr Prison In Karaj

HRANA News Agency – The following list includes names, warrants and charges of more than 80 political prisoners, prisoners of conscience and security in Rajai Shahr prison which has been prepared by the reporters of HRANA.
A diverse range of prisoners charged with political, conscience, military and security allegations are being held in Rajai Shahr prison. Although many of these prisoners are kept in separate rooms in Hall 12 but a large number of these prisoners are being kept also between non-political, criminals and sometimes dangerous prisoners unlike the principle of separation of crimes. HRANA News Agency – The court session of Zartosht (Esmaeil) Ahmadi Ragheb, civil rights activist was postponed by his request, to February.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohammad Moghimi, his lawyer said that the court session was scheduled to be held on January 19 in branch number one of Shahriyar revolutionary court, but due to defender’s request and acceptance of the judge, it was postponed to February 16. Hamid Babai Transferred To The Hospital

HRANA News Agency – Hamid Babai, political prisoner of Rajaei Shahr prison of Karaj, was transferred to the hospital after two years of continues efforts regarding his hearing problems.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), after being transferred on December 30, to Imam Khomaini hospital in Karaj, his problem is recognized as ruptured eardrum, and after giving prescription he was asked to be returned with the results of the examination after a week. The List Of Over 70 Political Prisoners In Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – Below is a list of over 70 political prisoners of Evin prison who have been arrested or convicted of charges such as “Collaboration with Enemy States” and “Espionage”.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), prisoners of conscious and security prisoners are classified based on nature of the charges against them, most of the security prisoners in Iran are tried based on article 501 (Espionage) and article 508 (Collaboration with Enemy States) of Islamic Penal Code Of Iran, due to the lack of transparency of the judicial system in such cases, and considering that in the past the judicial system has used the security charges as a way to confront and deal with its political opposition, and the lack of certainty and trust in a fair trial, the preparation and construction of this list is only based on the accusations and charges made by the official judiciary bodies against the imprisoned citizens, however the Human Right Activist Association of Iran cannot verify these accusations and charges considering the lack of transparency of judicial cases.
