A political prisoners is sentenced to 18 years in prison
HRANA News Agency – Abulghasem (Javad) Fooladvand, the political prisoner of ward 350 of Evin prison, is sentenced to 74 lashes and 18 years in prison by the revolutionary court.

15 prisoners are hanged in Chabahar prison
HRANA News Agency – The judiciary of Sistan province has executed 15 prisoners, on charge of drug smuggling, in Chabahar prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Habibollah Sarbazi, the reporter and TV producer told to HRANA’s reporter: “Khosro Barahouyi was a citizen of Loutak village of Zabol, two others were two brothers from Rigi tribe, and two others who were also brothers were from Mir tribe.”
He added: “6 family members of Khosro Barahouyi died in a road accident due to slippery road when they were returning from the last prison visit.”
Sarbazi continued: “Mr. Khosro Barahouyi was in Qatar at the time of Tasoua bombing and was arrested when he came back to Iran.”
Habibollah Sarbazi made this comment about the executions that 15 people were executed and all by hanging in Chabahar prison. For some of them, announced charges were related to Chabahar Tasoua bombing attack, and for the others, drug smuggling.
Need to be mentioned later four people were executed on charge of the bombing attack, while there is no document from the charges of these 15.
This source mentioned the probability of retaliatory execution, considering the recent Jaish-Al-Adl actions.

Reza Shahabi is deprived of medical treatment
HRANA News Agency – Reza Shahabi, the labor activist and political prisoner of Evin prison is deprived of medical treatment following the order of Tehran prosecutor.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), following the attrition trend of following medical status and treatment of prisoners of ward 350 in Evin prison, last Sunday 2nd of January, Reza Shahbi, the labor activist and member of Sherkat-Vahed (Bus Transit) syndicates, has been deprived of continuation of his medical treatment.
Last Sunday and after weeks of efforts for getting permission from persecutor and coordination with hospital, Tehran’s persecutor in an order to prison authorities stopped his medical furlough and banned any presence of Reza Shahabi’s family member in hospital and has stated upon the aforesaid condition, the prisoner shall be transferred to prison without finishing his treatments.
This order has initialed despite the fact, which due to back problem and pain, there are months that movement became hard for Reza Shahbi and visiting a professional physician was a need. Besides, the presence of the family was for ease of getting medicine and following bureaucratic medical procedure, which prison’s authorities refused to do elaborately.
Later, the Tehran deputy prosecutor, Mr. Khodabakhsh initialed similar order for Mehi Khodaei, the other prisoner of ward 350, which caused issues for this prisoner.
A Bahai student is fired from university
HRANA News Agency – Farshad Farzan, the student of Shahid Bahonar Faculty of Engineering in Shiraz is suspended from studying.
