A Sunni Imam Has to Leave His Hometown and Mosque

HRANA News Agency – Mohieddin Mohammad Zadeh, Friday prayers Imam and community of Kooleh village, in Diwandareh city, in a decree by the Islamic Center, was sentenced to leave the village and the mosque.

A Report about the Condition of Farshid Fathi, Imprisoned Priest

HRANA News Agency – Prison authorities have not accepted the request of Farshid Fathi, political prisoner, regarding his transfer to hall number 12 of Rajaei Shahr prison.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Farshid Fathi, imprisoned new converted Christian priest, has been transferred to ward number 1 of Rajaei Shahr prison, by the recommendation of the cleric of the ward. 4 Erfan Halgheh Activists Summoned to Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – Four activists of “Erfan Halgheh” were summoned to Evin Prison to serve their sentences.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Ardeshir Shahnawaz, Mohammad Reza Afshar, Leila Jamaat and Mohammad Tajik Pazooki, coaches of “Erfan Halgheh” Group whose sentences had just recently been confirmed in the appeal court, were summoned on the phone to Evin prison. Afshin Heiratian Released from Rajai Shahr Prison

HRANA News Agency – Afshin Heiratian, children’s rights activist, was released after serving his four years in prison sentence.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Afshin Heiratian, had been arrested on August 12, 2011, and sentenced to four year in prison for disrupting public opinion, collusion against the national security, and then was transferred to Rajaei Shahr prison in Karaj. Shahab Dehqani Enjoys Brief Furlough, Returns to Prison

HRANA News Agency – Shahab Dehqani, a Bahai from Tehran who is serving an 4-year sentence in Raja’i Shahr prison has returned to prison today, at the end of a three-day furlough.

Sasan Haqiri Begins a One-Year Sentence in Isfahan

HRANA News Agency – Mr. Sasan Haqiri, a Bahai from Isfahan, has begun a one-year sentence in the city’s central prison, on charges of propaganda against the regime and society, and conspiracy against national security.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), he was one of the Bahais arrested on July 21, 2012, in widespread raids by security forces in cities and towns in Isfahan province. Ebrhaim Firouzi Ends His Hunger Strike

HRANA News Agency – Ebrahim Firouzi, imprisoned Christian who had begun a hunger strike in protest to the situation in ward 10 of Rajai Shahr Prison has ended his strike as the authorities have accepted some of his demands.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), after a meeting with the authorities of ward 10 of Rajai Shahr Prison on Thursday June 11th, Ebrahim Firouzi ended his hunger strike as the situation has become relatively better. HRANA News Agency – Ibrahim Firoozi, imprisoned Christian in Rajaei Shahr, have started hunger strike in protest to deliberate violation of separation of prisoners act, since last Saturday.

Hamid Azizi Begins a One-Year Sentence in Hamadan

HRANA News Agency – Hamid Azizi, a Bahai from Hamadan, has been taken to prison to begin a one-year sentence. A few days ago he and his wife were summoned and threatened with arrest.
