Manizhe Sadeghi Arrested and Transferred to Prison in Sanandaj

HRANA News Agency – Manizheh Sadeghi, civil and workers’ rights activist, was transferred to Central Prison of Sanandaj.

Latest Information on Athena Farghdani’s Status

HRANA News Agency – Athena Faraghdani, who had been transferred to a two-person cell in ward 2-A of the Revolutionary Guards, is waiting for her trial.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Athena Faraghdani,  children’s rights activist and painter who had been recently on hunger strike for 21 days, has been transferred to ward 2-A of Evin prison from prison of  Shahr-e Rey (Gharchak-e Varamin) and now she is in  a two-person cell in this prison. Atena Faraghdani Ended Her Hunger Strike

HRANA News Agency – Atena Farghdani ended her hunger strike as the authorities accepted to transfer her from Gharchak prison in Varamin to Evin prison.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Zaynab Jalalian has been transferred from women’s ward of Kermanshah prison to central prison of Khoy almost two months ago. 2 Women’s Rights Activists Arrested in Tehran

HRANA News Agency – Iranian Revolutionary Guards’ Intelligence department has arrested a number of Women’s rights activists on Monday, in Tehran, and has also summoned a number of the activists or has threatened them.  It has been said that these are all in order to prevent the protest plans by these activists in connection with the recent Acid attacks.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Iranian Revolutionary Guards Intelligence arrested a number of women’s rights activists. Zahra Khandan, journalist and former student activist from Amir Kabir University (Tehran Polytechnic) and Soha Mortazaei, other practitioners in the field, are two of these detainees who were arrested in Tehran at their homes. Nahid Gorji Has Had no Contact with Her Family since 3 Weeks ago

HRANA News Agency – Nahid Gorji, from Mashhad, who was arrested because of her activities in the cyberspace, is not allowed to visit or call her family since three weeks ago.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Nahid Gorji was arrested on Sunday 11th October by the security forces in Mashhad at her home and a bail of 400 million Tomans was issued for her.
