A New Case Has Been Opened against Ali Moezi

HRANA News Agency – After more than two months of being kept in solitary confinement, Ali Moezi was transferred to his previous prison “Karaj Central Penitentiary”. The officers told him that a new case has been opened against him.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Ali Moezi, political prisoner in “Karaj Central Penitentiary”, was transferred to solitary confinement in Evin prison on 12th October this year, and he was there until late December. Imprisoned Journalist Faces New Charges

HRANA News Agency – Revolutionary court has opened a new case for Saeid Razavi Faghih, journalist and reformist political activist, whose former sentence will be finished on 28th February.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the court Shahid Moghadas, based in Evin prison, has opened a new case and issued a bail of 400 million Tomans for Saeid Razavi Faghih, imprisoned journalist and political activist, whose former conviction will be finished on 28th February. Ali Sallanpoor in Critical Health Condition in Rajai Shahr Prison

HRANA News Agency – Ali Sallanpoor  who was transferred to hospital last week on Wednesday, was returned to prison due to lack of beds in hospital and as it wasn’t coordinated with hospital, and he is still in serious conditions in prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Ali Sallanpoor , political prisoner in Rajai Shahr prison, in Karaj, on Wednesday last week, was transferred to Shohadaye Tajrish hospital with handcuffs and shackle, to be seen by a surgeon and then to get necessary treatment. Ali Sallanpoor Returned to Prison without Receiving Medical Treatment

HRANA News Agency – Ali Sallanpoor who was sent to Shohada – e – Tajrish hospital, has been returned to prison because of lack of coordination and unavailability of medical requirement.
According to Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Ali Sallanpoor, political prisoner of Rajaei Shahri prison of Karaj, was sent to Shohada – e – Tajrish hospital to be examined by the surgery physician and continuation of his medical treatment, on Wednesday December 24. Nevertheless, due to lack of coordination and unavailability of medical requirement, he was sent back to ward number 12 of prison without any treatment. Hunger Strike at Uremia Prison Ended after 33 Days

HRANA News Agency – 27 political prisoners at Central Prison of Uremia ended their hunger strike after 33 days.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), political prisoners in Hall 12 at Uremia prison had been on hunger strike from 20th of November to protest against the lack of crime based wards separation and the pressures by the office of Ministry of Intelligence on prisoners who have certain convictions. Unsuitable Condition of Mohsen Daneshpour and Motahareh Bahrami

HRANA News Agency – Mental and Physical condition of “Mohsen Daneshpour Moghadam”, a death row Political Prisoner and his wife “Motahareh Bahrami” due to various ailments and senility have been reported as unsuitable.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), it has been about two month since  71-year-old death row  prisoner diagnosed with Alzheimer to the extent that he has lost the track of time and location . Mashallah Haeri Returned to Prison without Proper Medical Treatment

HRANA News Agency – Mashallah Haeri, political prisoners in Rajai Shahr prison, who had been sent on Medical leave from 27 days ago, was returned to prison without getting the full course of treatment, as the leave was not extended.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), this political prisoner who was returned to ward 12 in Rajai Shahr prison, in karaj, at 9pm on Monday, had been sent on medical leave due to severe heart problem and had been admitted in a Medical Centre. Hunger Strikers in Critical Condition at Uremia Prison

HRANA News Agency – Despite deteriorating health condition of at least 13 striking prisoners at Uremia Central Prison, these prisoners continue their hunger strike.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), out of 26 striking prisoners who are at 33rd day of their hunger strike, at least 13 are in critical health condition. According to the reports, on December 21st general health of two prisoners “Ali Ahmad Soleymani and Khazar Rasoulizadeh” have deteriorated and started seeing blood spots in their vomit. Although they have been sent to the prison clinic, they refused to be injected with fluids and returned to the general ward later. Emad Bahavar’s Sentence Reduced at Supreme Court

HRANA News Agency – The imprisonment sentence of Emad Bahavar, the head of Youth Branch of Iran Freedom Movement has been reduced to 2 years at the Supreme Court.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), his previous 7-year-imprisonment sentence was based on “Collude”, “Gathering” and “Membership of Iran Freedom Movement Party” charges. After a review on his case at the Supreme Court, this sentence was reduced to 2 years on the charge of “Membership of Iran Freedom Movement party”.
