HRANA News Agency – There are more than 206 political prisoners in the 350 and women’s sections of the Evin prison. This includes both who have definite sentences and those who are under temporary arrest.
Although the section 350 is one of the public sections of the Evin prison, the prisoners there are prevented from their basic rights like telephone contact or meeting their families.

No meeting and health treatment for Ali Moezi
HRANA News Agency – Although Ali Moezi is in a critical condition because of bladder cancer, the judge Salavati has ordered not to give him any meeting or health treatment now for 6 months.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the political prisoner Ali Moezi who is prevented from meeting and health treatment after refusing to go to the branch 15 of the revolutionary court of which the judge is Salavati, is in a critical situation because of bladder cancer. No vacation for the 60 years old political prisoner
HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Ghavi Del the political prisoner of the section 350 of the Evin prison is forbidden from having vacation for 3 years despite his age.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohammad Ghavi Del the Turkman citizen is charged with “gathering and conspiring against state security” and sentenced to 5 years of prison by the branch 5 of the revolutionary court.
Mohammad Negari and Goran Bahrami are released
HRANA News Agency – Two of those who were recently arrested in Paveh have been released on Tuesday April 9 on the bail.

Mehdi Kukhian is in the Quarantine of the Maragheh prison
HRANA News Agency – Mehdi Kukhian the political prisoner who is suffering from kidney disease has been transferred to the Quarantine of the Maragheh prison.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), he is on the hunger strike since April 7 because of not being provided with needed health treatment has been sent to the Quarantine of the Maragheh prison by the authorities. New order of the Tehran Prosecutor
HRANA News Agency – Tehran prosecutor has called some of the political prisoners who are on the vacation to return to the Evin prison.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohsen Mohagheghi the 68 years old political prisoner who was arrested December 27, 2009 by the intelligence agents and sentenced to 2 years and a half of prison has been called to serve the rest of his prison sentence. The authorities refuse to release Mohammad Seyfzadeh
HRANA News Agency – Although Mohammad Seyfzadeh has served the sentence of 2 years imprisonment, the authorities of the Rajai Shahr prison are refusing to release this imprisoned lawyer and are making a new case for him.
According to a report by the Kalameh website, although the 2 years imprisonment sentence of Mohammad Seyfzadeh, the lawyer and a member of the Human rights defenders center is finished last March, this human rights activist who suffers from several diseases is still kept in prison. No vacation and meeting for Amir Khosro Dalir Sani
HRANA News Agency – Amir Khosro Dalir Sani has got no vacation, although he is spending the fourth year in the prison.
According to a report by Jaras website, in spite of the follow of his family and the promise given by the authorities, he is not allowed to go on a vacation and the authorities refuse to give any reasons for this.
He was prevented from meeting his family for one year and a half because of signing some statements. One judicial authority has told to his family he would better no to have any meetings but did not tell anything about the reason of this decision. Alireza Karami Kheirabadi died in a hospital in Tehran
HRANA News Agency – Alireza Karami Kheirabadi a political prisoner in Rajai Shahr prison, who was transferred to a hospital in Tehran on March 25, 2013 died yesterday.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), he was an employee of Iran National Oil Company and sentenced first to death and then to life imprisonment on charges of hijacking planes. More pressure on 5 arrested in Tehran
HRANA News Agency – Five citizens who were arrested on February 18, 2013 are under pressure in section 209 of Evin prison.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), these 5 were arrested on February 18, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. in their homes in Tehran.
