HRANA News Agency – Seven people charged with drug smuggling and one person charged with murder were executed in Bandar Abbas.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) received from Mehr , the following were sentenced to death by Bandar Khamir city Islamic Revolutionary Court:(Y.D)  charged with possession and trafficking of 3 kilos of Heroin on Bandar Abbas to Bandar Khamir route.(M.KH)  charged with possession and trafficking of 94 kilos and 450 grams of Heroin in Bandar Abbas  to Bandar Khamir route.(M.A) charged with possession and trafficking of 8 kilos of Heroin on Bandar Abbas to Bandar Khamir route.(A.H) charged with possession and trafficking of 30 kilos of compressed Heroin (Crack)  on Bandar Abbas to Bandar Khamir route. Execution of at least three prisoners in central prison of Bandar Abbas

HRANA News Agency – At least three prisoners, who were charged with smuggling drug were executed by hanging in central prion of Bandar Abbas.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), aT least three prisoners with the names of Morad Adin, Mahmoud Khaghani and Yaser Rigi, who were charged with carrying and storing drug were executed by hanging in central prison of Bandar Abbas, on Thursday August 28. 10 prisoners hanged in different prisons during 5 days

HRANA News Agency – More than 1000 workers of the Jabal Bor Company in Bandar Abbas have been fired.

According to a report by ILNA, the authorities of the company have written a letter to this news agency saying: “More than 1000 workers of the Jabal Bor Company in Bandar Abbas have lost their jobs because the government pays no attention to our situation.

A prisoner is hanged in Bandar Abbas prison

HRANA News Agency – One prisoner has been hanged on March 10, 2013 in the Bandar Abbas prison.

According to a report by the “Human rights and democracy activists of Iran” website, Omid Shojai the 30 years old prisoner, married, having 2 children, who was waiting for death in the solitary, was hanged in the yard of the Bandar Abbas prison in the morning of the 10th of the March. He was in the section 8 of the Bandar Abbas prison for 4 years.

According to this report there are more than 100 prisoners waiting for the execution in the Bandar Abbas prison.
