4 Women Transferred to Solitary Confinements of Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – Tahereh Riyahi, Masoumeh Zia, Mahsa Raja`ti, and Mehrak Karimpoor, 4 civil rights activists were transferred from women’s ward in Evin prison to solitary confinements in ward 241 (security of judiciary). Ms. Karimpoor returned to the ward one day later, but three others are still in solitary confinement of ward 241, and due to this reason were deprived of visiting their families.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), four civil rights activists who are imprisoned in women’s ward in Evin prison with the name of Tahereh Riyahi, Masoumeh (Pegah) Zia, Mahsa Raja`ti, and Mehrak Karimpoor Andalibi are transferred to ward 241 of judiciary for unknown reasons. 4 Activists Transferred to Women’s Ward of Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – Tahereh Riyahi, Masoumeh Zia, Mahsa Raj`ati, and Mehrak Karimpoor are four civil rights activists who were mainly active in the field of news coverage, and were arrested in late December and early January. They were transferred to general female ward after more than two months, from solitary confinement of ward 209.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mahsa Ra`ati, 36, was arrested on January 2, Tahereh Riyahi, 35, journalist and editor of Borna press was arrested on January 4, Masoumeh (Pegah) Zia, 39, was arrested on January 4 and Mehrak Karimpoor Andalibi, 24, was arrested on December 27. Masoumeh Zia under Detention by the Order of Court of Media and Culture

HRANA News Agency – Tehran court of culture and media, issued a one-month detention order for Masoumeh (Pegah) Zia and the interrogator has informed her family that that should immediately hire a lawyer for her. Ms. Zia was arrested in Tehran Imam Khomeini airport while returning from a trip abroad.

Masoumeh Zia Arrested at Her Arrival in Iran

HRANA News Agency – Masoumeh Zia was arrested at the airport when she was returning to Iran. Couple of hours after the arrest, security officers went to her house along with her, and searched her house, and then took her electronics and communication gadgets with them. According to the officers, a news case has been opened against her.

Masoumeh Zia Summoned by the Security Police

HRANA News Agency – Masoumeh Zia, an Erfane Halgheh follower and activist has been summoned by the Security Police.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), on the morning of Tuesday 10 March 2015, Masoumeh Zia has been summoned to the 2nd base of the Security Police via a phone call. While Ms Zia asked about the reason for this summoning, she was told that she is to be questioned about the gathering of the 25 February 2015. Several Erfane Halghe Followers Summoned to the Court

HRANA News Agency – During the last couple of days, several activists and instructors of Erfane Halghe (Interuniversalism Mysticism) were summoned to Islamic Revolutionary Court.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), on 24 December 2014, “Zahra Yazdani” and “Mohammadreza Farahmandnia” were summoned to branch 26 of Islamic Revolutionary Court by Judge “ahmadzadeh” for their last hearing session. “Masoumeh Zia” and “Maliheh Biganian” released from prison

HRANA News Agency – On Sunday afternoon, October 12th, “Masoumeh Zia” and “Maliheh Biganian” were released from Evin Prison on bail.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), from the four followers of the “Erfan-e-Halghe” transferred to Evin Prison, “Masoumeh Zia” and “Maliheh Biganian” were released on bail. “Narges Farhadi” who refused to provide the bail remained in prison. “Masoume Zia” transferred to IRGC Intelligence Ward at Evin

HRANA News Agency – “Masoumeh Zia” who was arrested in the gathering of “Erfan-e-Halgheh” Faith(Interuniversalism) followers, was transferred to Ward  2-A (supervised by the Army of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution Intelligent Services) at Evin Prison.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA),Masoumeh Zia was previously arrested on the charge of participating in the Women’s gathering  at “Haft-e-Tir” Square on 12 June, 2006.  After she attended the “Erfan-e-Halgheh” faith (Interuniversalism) gathering in protest to the arrest of Mohamad Ali Taheri in front of the Islamic Revolutionary Court, she was arrested and transferred to Ward 2-A (IRGC) at Evin Prison.
