HRANA News Agency – Despite repeated claims of the prisons and security officials of addressing the principle of separation of prisoners on the base of their crimes in prisons, a large number of political or security prisoners have been exiled to Rajai Shahr prison where is the whereabouts of prisoners of violent crimes, a batch of prisoners who are kept separate from other political prisoners in the prison suffer more than the others. At least 20 prisoners in the prison are kept out of the dedicated place to political prisoners and with lots of problems.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the Department of Prisons claimed to address the principle of separation of prisoners on the base of their crimes in Iran’s prisons. According to the head of the Department, the country’s prisons have general classification, for example Rajai Shahr prison belongs to prisoners of violent crimes and Tehran prison belongs to prisoners on charge of theft crimes, also the Department claimed to address this principle inside the wards, too. The Latest Status of Mohammad Ali Taheri’s Case
HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Ali Taheri, founder of the cosmic mysticism in Iran, is held in Evin prison on different charges since 2011. His lawyer announced in an interview with HRANA that his client’s 9 billion IRR fine was paid and requested the application of Article 134 for him. He believes the possibility of changing the detention to bail, becomes more serious by this action.

Mohammad Ali Taheri’s Lawyers Oppose the Court’s Decision
HRANA News Agency – Lawyers of Mohammad Ali Taheri, imprisoned founder of the “Erfan Halgheh”, say according to Article 134 of the Penal Code, implementation of punishment by a fine against this prisoner is illegal. The executive office in Evin prison has told Mr. Taheri that he should pay the fine otherwise his properties would be confiscated.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), lawyers of Mohammad Ali Taheri said that in accordance with Article 134 and the aggregation of the crime, the punishment of 5 years imprisonment for their client was the maximum penalty and a fine was not legally enforceable. 2 Supporters of Mohammad Ali Taheri Arrested in Karaj
HRANA News Agency – Close sources to Halgheh theosophy said that two supporters of Mohammadali Taheri were arrested in Karaj and sent to Rajaei Shahr prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), a close source to this group said that Masoud Mahdavian and Moslem Hemmati were arrested in Karaj while they were mounting posters in support of Mohammadali Taheri, and transferred to Rajaei Shahr prison. 3 Supporters of Mohammad Ali Taheri Transferred To Tehran Central Prison
HRANA News Agency – 3 of Mohammad-Ali Taheri’s supporters were transferred to Tehran Central Prison (Fashafouye). Vahid Fallahi, Mohsen Karimi and Farshad Azimzade had been arrested in front of Evin Prison on Sunday 21st February.

A Group Of Erfan-e-Halgheh Activists Arrested In Tehran
HRANA News Agency – A group of supporters of Erfan-e-Halgheh, who had started hunger strike and protest in the tomb of the founder of Islamic Republic, in support of Mohammad Ali Taheri, were arrested and transferred to security police office of Shahr-e-Rey. Most of the arrestees were released on the highway, and ten people were transferred to Vozara detention centre for processing the case.

Mohammad-Ali Taheri On The 20th Day Of Hunger Strike
HRANA News Agency – Concerns rise over the health of Mohammad-Ali Taheri, the founder of the Interuniversal Mysticism (Erfan-e Halghe), on the 20th day of his hunger strike. According to one of his lawyers and his mother, he has been on hunger strike ever since the January 30th, in protest against prevention of his freedom on the supposed date despite the quashing of his death sentence.

Video Footage Of Activists’ Protest In Tehran
HRANA News Agency – The following short video shows the mass protest gathering of civil activists and families of political and civil prisoners in front of Dena Tiers. In this gathering doctor Maleki, mother of Saeid Zainali, missing student activist, mother of Omid Alishenas, imprisoned civil activist, and a group of Mohamad Ali Taheri’s supporters and a group of civil activists and human rights activists were present.
