The Latest Status of Mohammad Ali Taheri’s Case

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Ali Taheri, founder of the cosmic mysticism in Iran, is held in Evin prison on different charges since 2011. His lawyer announced in an interview with HRANA that his client’s 9 billion IRR fine was paid and requested the application of Article 134 for him. He believes the possibility of changing the detention to bail, becomes more serious by this action.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mohammad Ali Taheri, founder of the cosmic mysticism in Iran, is held in Evin prison on different charges since 2011. Recently he faced another case at the end of his previous sentence and according to his lawyer his detention was extended for failing to pay a fine of 9 billion IRR. (more…)

Mohammad Ali Taheri’s Lawyers Oppose the Court’s Decision

HRANA News Agency – Lawyers of Mohammad Ali Taheri, imprisoned founder of the “Erfan Halgheh”, say according to Article 134 of the Penal Code, implementation of punishment by a fine against this prisoner is illegal. The executive office in Evin prison has told Mr. Taheri that he should pay the fine otherwise his properties would be confiscated.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), lawyers of Mohammad Ali Taheri said that in accordance with Article 134 and the aggregation of the crime, the punishment of 5 years imprisonment for their client was the maximum penalty and a fine was not legally enforceable. 2 Supporters of Mohammad Ali Taheri Arrested in Karaj

HRANA News Agency – Close sources to Halgheh theosophy said that two supporters of Mohammadali Taheri were arrested in Karaj and sent to Rajaei Shahr prison.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), a close source to this group said that Masoud Mahdavian and Moslem Hemmati were arrested in Karaj while they were mounting posters in support of Mohammadali Taheri, and transferred to Rajaei Shahr prison. (more…)

3 Supporters of Mohammad Ali Taheri Transferred To Tehran Central Prison

HRANA News Agency – 3 of Mohammad-Ali Taheri’s supporters were transferred to Tehran Central Prison (Fashafouye). Vahid Fallahi, Mohsen Karimi and Farshad Azimzade had been arrested in front of Evin Prison on Sunday 21st February.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the mentioned citizens while gathering along with some of other supporters of “Erfane-e Halghe” to follow up Mohammad-Ali Taheri’s situation had been arrested in front of the Evin Prison.  (more…)

A Group Of Erfan-e-Halgheh Activists Arrested In Tehran

HRANA News Agency – A group of supporters of Erfan-e-Halgheh, who had started hunger strike and protest in the tomb of the founder of Islamic Republic, in support of Mohammad Ali Taheri, were arrested and transferred to security police office of Shahr-e-Rey. Most of the arrestees were released on the highway, and ten people were transferred to Vozara detention centre for processing the case.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), approximately 100 supporters of Erfan-e-Halgheh, who intended to start a hunger strike in Imam Zadeh Saleh in support of Mohammad Ali Taheri and in protest to not releasing him, confronted with prevention of the security forces, so they started their protest in Khomaini’s tomb. Mohammad-Ali Taheri On The 20th Day Of Hunger Strike

HRANA News Agency – Concerns rise over the health of Mohammad-Ali Taheri, the founder of the Interuniversal Mysticism (Erfan-e Halghe), on the 20th day of his hunger strike. According to one of his lawyers and his mother, he has been on hunger strike ever since the January 30th, in protest against prevention of his freedom on the supposed date despite the quashing of his death sentence.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on 2nd February, Mohammad-Ali Taheri in a visit with one of his lawyers at Evin Prison, has mentioned because of “things he has been told and the way he has been treated” he had gone on hunger strike.  (more…)

Saeid Ardashir Sentenced To Another 6 Months In Prison

HRANA News Agency – Saeid Ardashir, a supporter of Halgheh theosophy, who is detained in Rajaei Shahr prison, has been sentenced to 6 months in prison for another case.

Video Footage Of Activists’ Protest In Tehran

HRANA News Agency – The following short video shows the mass protest gathering of civil activists and families of political and civil prisoners in front of Dena Tiers. In this gathering doctor Maleki, mother of Saeid Zainali, missing student activist, mother of Omid Alishenas, imprisoned civil activist, and a group of Mohamad Ali Taheri’s supporters and a group of civil activists and human rights activists were present. Mother of Amin Anvari, a young civil activist who recently was arrested, for the first time had attended this rally, and demanded the freedom of her son.

Erfan Halgheh Activists Arrested in Qom

HRANA News Agency – A group of followers of the “Erfan Halgheh”, who had staged a sit-in at Sanctuary of “Hazrat Masomeh”, in Qom, from 9 days ago in protest against the death sentence of Mohammad Ali Taheri, were arrested on Monday 24th August and 12 of them have so far been identified.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), on 23rd May, a group of sit-in people that left shrine towards house of “Makarem Shirazi”, one of the Shiite Emulation References, were arrested by the security forces, and at the same time collective followers of “Erfan Halgheh”, also on track to join the sit-in protest were arrested.
