Mehdi Farahi Shandiz Has to Stay in Prison until 2019

HRANA News Agency – Mehdi Farahi Shahndiz, political prisoner in Rajai Shahr Prison, in Karaj, who has been sentenced a total 9 years imprisonment on charges of insulting the leadership in three times, must stay in prison until 2019.

Another Political Prisoner of Uremia Prison Transferred to Solitary Confinement

HRANA News Agency – Hassan Kamal Ramazan, Syrian political prisoner of Uremia prison, has been transferred to solitary confinement (controlled by the revolutionary guards), and Yousef Kakeh Mami is still kept in intelligence service detention centre.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Hassan Kamal Ramazan has been transferred to the detention centre of intelligent service of Uremia on June 24 at 3 pm. Video Footage of Graves of Executed Political Prisoners at Home Yards

HRANANews Agency – Political prisoners massacre in the 80’s, is undeniable and also sad reality of Iranian contemporary history and an old wound on the body of civil society. These mass executions were happened between 1380 to 1388 across the country, and its victims were buried in different parts and in different ways, in addition that many burial places were never specified, in the cities, especially in the Northern region of country such as Golestan province due to lack of permission to bury victims in a public cemetery. The bodies of many of those executed had been buried by their families in their private homes.

The following footage is a short illustrated report that gives the story of the burial site for some of the victims in the village of “Gaz Sharghi” of Bandar Gaz in Golestan province. Teimoor Khaledian Returned to the Public Ward in Rajai Shahr Prison

HRANA News Agency – Teimoor Khaledian, political prisoner in Rajai Shahr Prison, was sent back to ward 10 in Rajai Shahr prison after spending 6 days in solitary confinement
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Teimoor Khaledian, political prisoner in Rajai Shahr prison Hall 31 of ward 10, on 19th June, on charges of insulting the country’s authorities, due to an order by the manager of Rajai Shahr prison was sent to solitary confinement, the duration that this prisoner, who had recently been transferred to the ward 10 of Rajai Shahr prison, should be kept in solitary confinement, was stipulated by the prison manager as “until further notice”, but after 6 days, he was transferred back to his ward. Zine El Abidine Ghaemi’s Case Sent to Appeal Court

HRANA News Agency – The case of Zine El Abidine Ghaemi, blogger, who had been sentenced to 3 years imprisonment, was sent to Birjand for a review in the revising stage.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mr. Ghaemi was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment, in the Revolutionary Court of Ghaen, by judge Milanlooei on charges of propaganda against the regime, insulting the leadership and perturbation in public opinion on 20th May. The sentence was communicated to him on 27th May, and after his objection, the case has been sent to the appeal court in Birjand. Attila Saifi Sentenced to 6 Months in Prison

HRANA News Agency – Attila Saifi (Moosa), civic activist in Miandoab, has been sentenced to 6 months imprisonment in the primary court.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Branch 102 of the General Criminal Court of Miandoab city, by an indictment on 1st June, sentenced Mr. Attila Seifi to 6 months imprisonment on charges of propaganda against the regime, while he was acquitted of charges of belonging to opposition groups. Yousef Kakeh Mami Transferred to Intelligence Office in Ormia

HRANA News Agency – Yousef Kakeh Mami, political prisoner in Ormia prison, was summoned to the office of branch 6 of court in Ormia, on charges of propaganda against the regime and communicating with foreign media.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), this was notified on Tuesday 23rd June to Ormia prison, while this prisoner had been transferred to solitary confinement of Intelligence office in Ormia, on 15th June, and there is no information available about him. The Prosecutor Prevents Kamran Ayazi from Being Released

HRANA News Agency – Tehran Prosecutor’s Office in an illegal order, prevented Kamran Ayazi, political prisoner, from being released form Rajai Shahr prison in the last minute.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), on 22nd July, while the family of Mr. Ayazi were waiting for his freedom from prison, after inquiry from enforcement office in Rajai Shahr Prison, Tehran prosecutor in an illegal action canceled the deduction of his sentence and prevented his freedom and announced January as his the date of his freedom. More than 23 Years of Imprisonment for 6 Protesters to the Raid in Ward 350

HRANA News Agency – By the verdict of judge Salavati, the head of branch number 15 of the revolutionary court, 6 protesters who gathered in front of the presidential office during April 2014, to show their remonstration to beating the prisoners of ward 350 of Evin prison, known as Black Thursday, have been sentenced to a total of 23 years and 9 months.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the raid to ward 350 had been done on April 17, 2013, in which the prison guards rushed into the ward on the pretext on inspection and beat the prisoners. Many prisoners were injured and after that, many were transferred to solitary confinement, some exiled and many prisoners were profiled. 2 Civil Activists’ Cases Sent Back to the Primarily Court

HRANA News Agency – Branch 7 of East Azerbaijan appeal court has referred the cases of Hossein Ali Mohammadi Alvar and Sayed Taha Kermani to the primarily court for the some amend.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), on Monday 22nd June, branch 7 of appeal court in East Azerbaijan province, because of the “mistake in the form” in statement issued against Hossein Ali Mohammadi Alvar and Sayed Taha Kermani, referred their case for amendment, to Branch 3 of the Revolutionary Court in Tabriz.
