Arash Sadeghi Released on the Bail

HRANA News Agency – Arash Sadeghi was released from prison on a bail of six hundred million Tomans.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Arash Sadeghi who was arrested on 6th September by the Revolutionary Guards’ security forces and was taken to ward 2-A in Evin Prison, was released on a bail of 600 million Tomans on Saturday 15th March. Davar Hosseini Vojdan Deprived of Going to Furlough

HRANA News Agency – Davar Hosseini Vojdan has been deprived of going on leave, after the events in April in ward 350 of Evin prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Davar Hosseini Vojdan, student activist who was studying Metallurgy in Esfahan University of Technology has been imprisoned in ward 350 of Evin prison from 5th December 2011 to serve his sentence and has been denied to go on leave, since April 2014 events in ward 350. HRANA News Agency – Ahmad Karimi, political prisoner, who has been in prison since 6 years ago and is now in exile in Gonbad Kawoos prison, is deprived of having leave or parole.

Adnan Rahmat-Penah Faces a New Sentence

HRANA News Agency – A court in Shiraz has handed down another 18-month sentence for Adnan Rahmat-Penah, a Bahai from Shiraz who has served nearly 5 months of a one-year sentence in Adel-Abad prison in Shiraz.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on March 11, the lower court sentenced him to 6 months in prison on charges of insulting the President of Iran and 12 months for preparing and distributing means of evading the filters which the Iranian government has imposed on internet traffic. Naghmeh Farabi Begins 2-Year Sentence in Yazd

HRANA News Agency – In recent days, security agents went to the home of Mrs. Naghmeh Farabi-Ashaqiyan in Najafabad, and took her to Yazd to serve a 2-year sentence.

Mohammadreza Poorshajari Sentenced to Imprisonment and Exile

HRANA News Agency – Mohammadreza Poorshajari was sentenced to 1 year imprisonment, 2 years exile in Ardakan, a small town near the city of Yazd, and seizure of his personal belongings and his cash which he had during his imprisonment, by the revolutionary Court in Karaj.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mohammadreza Poorshajari (Siamak Mehr), an imprisoned blogger, was sentenced to endure one year of imprisonment and two years’ residence (exile) in a small town, Ardakan, of Yazd city on the charge of propaganda against the regime by the Revolutionary Court in Karaj, presided by Judge Asef Hosseini. According to the court verdict, an amounted of 4 million and 200 thousands Tomans cash and personal belongings, which at the time of arrest were on him, also were confiscated. Milad Darvish Has Been Released on the Bail

HRANA News Agency – Milad Darvish, labour activist is one of the detainees in recent gathering of teachers, and after twelve days of detention in ward 2A in Evin prison, has been released on a bail of 50 million Tomans.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Milad Darvish, labor activist, filmmaker, member of “Environmental Foundation of Sanctity of Life”, and honorary member of the Teachers’ Union, who had been arrested by the security forces at teachers’ peaceful protesting demonstration; on Sunday 1st of March, in front of the Islamic Parliament, was released from ward 2A of Evin prison on bail of fifty million Tomans after twelve days in detention.
