11 Sunni prisoners at risk of imminent execution
HRANA News Agency – Eleven Sunni prisoners were transferred to the Implementation of Sentences section in Rajai Shahr prison on 5 November 2014 and interrogated by prison officials, leading to concerns that the men could face execution soon.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the eleven men, whose death sentences have been confirmed by the Supreme Court, had been sentenced to death after being convicted of ‘Moharabeh [enmity against God] through the support of Salafi groups’. HRANA News Agency – According to the sources close to Maryam Sadat Yahyavi- a Civil Rights’ Activist who supports Iranian government- Ms Yahyavi was arrested on November 2nd. Her arrest took place while she is diagnosed with an advanced Cancer condition and has been going under chemo-therapy.

Prisoners forced to participate in religious ceremony
HRANA News Agency – Authorities of Rajai Shahr prison, in Karaj, forced the prisoners to attend the religious ceremony of A’shora in cold weather, while they lacked warm clothes and Prison officials would not allow jackets and warm clothes to be brought in even by prisoners’ families.
