HRANA News Agency – Mustafa Salimi, death row political prisoner who is serving his 15th year of imprisonment, has returned to Saqez prison from Sanandaj Central Prison more than three months ago. Mr. Salimi, is not allowed to work at the prison workshop which is important for financing his family.

Two Death Row Arab Political Prisoners Exiled to Isfahan Prison
HRANA News Agency – Two death row Arab political prisoners from Ahwaz were exiled to Isfahan Prison from the Ahwaz intelligence Detention Center.

Ma’ed Shabani Nejad Released on the Bail
HRANA News Agency – Ma’ed Shabani Nejad, 15-year-old girl from Abadan who was arrested by intelligence forces, was released on the bail after about 12 days on October 29, 2017.

Saeed Sangar Acquitted in a New Case
HRANA News Agency – Saeed Sangar, one of the oldest political prisoners in Iran who has been serving his 18 years impressment since 2000, has been acquitted of the charge of spreading propaganda against the regime in a case which had been recently formed against him.

The 78th Number of Peace Line Was Published
HRANA News Agency – The seventy-eighth number of the Peace Line was published with the participation of a group of Iranian civil activists.
The title of the special case of the seventy-eighth number of Peace Line is freedom of assembly. The right which has been emphasized in many human rights treaties, especially the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, as a basic right, but in Iran, this right is not recognized, at least in the scene of action, by the government. Six Prisoners Executed in Karaj, Khoy and Yazd
HRANA News Agency – A prisoner was executed in public in the city of Khoy, Qamsar square on October 26, 2017. At the same time, another prisoner was executed in Yazd. In spite of the obtaining consent and deadline for four prisoners in the Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj before the execution, four other prisoners charged with murder were executed on October 25, 2017.

Tensions Grow in Sanandaj Prison Because of Closure of the Gym
HRANA News Agency – Sanandaj Prison’s gym was closed down some time ago, and its absence has deprived the prisoners of the opportunity to exercise, which caused the protest of several prisoners of the prison. At the last objection by a prisoner representing the crowd, the authorities reacted violently at him and sent him to the prison clinic with the assault on the imprisoned prisoner. The prison clinic had stitch up 25 stitches to the prisoner and closed his hands in a way that it was likely to be broken. The prisoner is currently being held in solitary confinement for the purpose of eliminating the signs of the beatings.

A Report about the Situation in the Central Prison of Zahedan
HRANA News Agency – The central prison of Zahedan with a population of more than 3,500 prisoners, faces serious health and medical problems, including lack of access to medical facilities and medical services, as well as a double exclusion from health facilities. Prisoners of this prison suffer from many problems, such as non-separation of crimes and excessive populations. Their protests have had no results so far.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the central prison of Zahedan has 11 wards with a population of more than 3,500 prisoners with different crimes including dozens of political prisoners. A Prisoner Sent to Quarantine for Disability to Pay for the Medical Treatment
HRANA News Agency – A death row prisoner in central prison of Zahedan who suffered from pain and illness in the eye, was harassed and exiled to the quarantine ward by the order of authorities when he could not pay 800000 IRR for the cost of the test.
