Kordpour brothers are still under arrest
HRANA News Agency – Khosro and Masoud Kordpur are still under temporary arrest in Mahabad prison.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the judge has told on July 14 that he won’t release them on the bail and they will be tried on August 3. HRANA News Agency – Masoud and Khosro Kurdpour were transferred to Mahabad central prison and got permission to meet their family members.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Masoud Kurdpour and Khosro Kurdpour who are two human rights activists and the administrators of Moukrian news agency were transferred to Mahabad central prison on June 26, 2013 after almost four months of being under arrest in Mahabad and Oroumiyeh intelligence. Six of Oroumiyeh civil activists are still under arrest
HRANA News Agency – The reports say that except 6 activists among the arrested civil activists of Oroumiyeh the rest of them were released after a few hours of interrogating in Oroumiyeh intelligence office.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on June 27 Oroumiyeh intelligence agents arrested 36 activists while they were passing the Shahid Kalantari bridge to Sahand mountain slopes and transferred them to Oroumiyeh intelligence office. The intelligence agents interrogated the activists for few hours and after all except of 6 activists, the rest of them were released. HRANA News Agency – Mehdi Koukhian is in a critical health condition and the authorities are denying transferring him to hospital.

36 activists were beaten and arrested in Oroumiyeh
HRANA News Agency – The 36 civilian activists 8 of whom were women and were going to hold a ceremony on Sahand mountain slopes were arrested and beaten while they were passing the main bridge on the Oroumiyeh lake.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the security forces have transferred the activists to Shahid Kalantari police station, while insulting and beating them. Some activists are injured and one woman is in an unfavorable condition.
The followings are the names of some of these 36 activists: Paria Khalilzadeh -player in national women soccer team, Sevda Khalilzadeh, Ma’soomeh Parivazh, Hossein Zad Ghasem, Zahra Zad Ghasem, Tohid Hassani, Saied Lotfi, Saied Abdi, Somayyeh Alidoost -professor in Oroumiyeh university-, Vahid Faezpour -Weblogger-, Meisam Azadi -Civilian activist-, Gholam Gholizadeh -Civilian activist-, Vahid Nasibi, Morteza Zarrin, Nima Hassani, Sina Hassani, Erfan …, Sima Sakeni and Milad -Saboutai- Koolani.
The security forces transferred a number of arrested activists to Oroumiyeh intelligence center and a number of them are still in Shahid Kalantari police station.
A Kurdish civilian has been arrested in Salmas
HRANA News Agency – There is no news of a Kurdish citizen from Salmas, Hadi Ghezelbash’s fate who was arrested by Salmas intelligence.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Hadi Ghezelbash ,36, the son of Hassan and from Hassan Abad village belongs to Salmas was arrested by Salmas intelligence agents on June 22 and till now he have not contacted his family at all.
