HRANA PRESS -A Kurdish citizen named “Kamel Eyvari” who is a resident of “Ashnak” Village which is one of “Salmasâ counties, has been arrested in past few day.
According to HRANA reporters, News Organizations for Human Rights Activists in Iran,  “Kamel Eyvari” is summoned to the Intelligence Service Information office in city of Salmas and has been interrogated for several hours by intelligent service agents.

Postpone of Habibullah Latifiâs execution
HRANA News Agency – in agreement with the promise given to the family and protesters in front of Sanandaj prison, family of Habib Latifi met with him in the prison.
According to HRANA Reporters, The family of this prisoner who was waiting from 5am in front of the prison for the head of the prison to keep his promise was able to meet Habib Latifi at 9 am in the prison.âšâšDuring brief talk with Elaheh Latifi (sister of Habib Latifi) to HRANA; she thanked and congratulate the Iranian people and confirmed the news of the political prisonerâs execution postpone.
Habib Latifi is the student of Eylam University- industrial engineering was detained on Oct.23rd 2007 and tried by the Revolutionary Court on 2008 and sentenced to death on charges of waging war against god and corruption on earth.
The Judiciary system announced that the sentence issued based on the sound bomb explosion recorded on mobile device and his confession, while Habib denied all allegations in the court and claimed that confessions obtained under torture.
Arrested on April 2nd in Tabriz, Three Detainees Transferred to the Intelligence Agency
HRANA News Agency â Although a number of detainees have been released after being arrested in a gathering held in Tabriz [Capital of East Azerbaijan Province, Iran] on April 2, 2011, reports indicate that three of them were transferred to the Intelligence Agency in town.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the three civil rights activists of Azerbaijan have been identified as Habib Poorvali, Jalil Alamdar Millani and Hojat Mokhtarzadh. Meanwhile a large number of those detained on April 2, 2011 in Tabriz have been released on bail ranging from approximately $5,000 to $10,000.
On April 2, 2011, civil rights activists gathered in Azerbaijan Tabriz Square to protest bad government policies and the increasing rate by which Lake Urmia has been drying out. During this demonstration, at least seventy individuals were arrested.

Deadly Suicide Bomb Attacks Kill Innocent People in Baluchistan Province
HRANA News Agency reports that according to Press TV, the attack occurred in front of Imam Hussein Mosque in southeastern city of Chabahar when people gathered for a mourning ceremony on the religious occasion of Tasua. The Shia religious holiday was overshadowed by the suicide bombing that killed 41 people and injured several more. Although the rebel group Jundollah claimed responsibility for the deadly attack, Chief of Iran’s Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Alaeddin Boroujerdi accused the United States and Britain of involving in the attack, ISNA news agency reported.

Civil Rights Activists in Salmas Were Released on Heavy Bail
HRANA News Agency â Several activists who were arrested recently in Salmas County [West Azarbaijan Province of Iran] have been released on bail.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), following the recent arrests in Salmas, the bail for Saleh Jahangiri and Mostafa Jahangiri was set at approximately $20,000 each. Farzande Panirakâs bail was about $40,000. The bail for Mohammad Atmani-Baheek and Amir Shahrvand-Tehrani was around $10,000 apiece. Three members of the Christian community in Karaj, Saleh Jahangirzadh, Hamid Najafe and his wife, Mahzr Najafe, were also released temporarily after each posted a $15,000 bail.

Three young Balouchis are facing execution
HRANA – Three young Balouchis named: Nasser Shahbakhsh, Khan La’al Mohammad Shahbakhsh and  Khaled Shahbkash who haved  beed arrested and charged with having connections with an armed political group, are facing executions.
According to HRANA, reporting from “Balouchestan Human Rights Activists” these individuals, mainly having been related with “Jaaj Khodabakhsh  Shahbakhs, ” the leader of an armed political group opposed to the regime, who was detained six months ago, are facing executions. Following repeated struggles, Nasser’s family have been able to visit with him in jail, and found him in a very grave conditifon.

Niece of Azad Kamangar, has been detained
HRANA – Azad Kamanger, technical and engineering student of Yazdanpanah college of Sanadaj, was detained while going to the university two days ago,  and was transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to the HRANA reporters, Azad kamanger who is the niece of the executed teacher,  Farzad  Kamanger was in the process of holding a ceremony in memory of those who were executed on May 8th and was under indictment by the security forces in June  due to the reason of having not been available at home and that efforts had failed to detain him.
Referring to the intelligence office  and the revolutionary court of Sanandaj, the family of the said student activist, did not succeed in obtaining any information surrounding him.

Five Kurdish Citizens Detained by Security Forces
HRANA- On the morning of August 14, 2010, five Kurdish citizens from a village near the city of Marivan were detained by security forces and transferred to the offices of the Intelligence Ministry in the city.
HRANA has learned of the identities of those detained. They are thirty five year old Bahman Fatahzadeh, seventeen year old Barbar Kaveh, eighteen year old Barhan Derakhshan, seventeen year old Barhan Khosravi and thirty three year old Ekhtiar Kaveh. There is no information regarding reasons for the arrests.

No News on Fate of Two Kurdish Youths
HRANA- Although three weeks have passed sine their detention, there is still no news regarding the fate of two Kurdish youths
HRANA has learned that the two youths from the town of Loon Sadat by the names of Hassan Rahmani and Menat Rahmani were summoned by the information offices of the Intelligence Ministry in Kamyaran where they were arrested by security forces.
