HRANA News Agency – Behnam Ibrahimzadeh has started hunger strike in protest at being transfer to ward number one of Rajai Shahr prison.

Another Iranian Cleric Reiterates: No Civil Rights Possible for Bahais

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Mousavi-Bodjnordi, who heads Iran’s civil rights watchdog and is considered close to President Hassan Rouhani,told the state-run Fars News agency that Iran’s Baha’is minority have no civil rights in the regime because their beliefs are contrary to Islam.

“The Baha’i belief is contrary to Islam. In Iran, Baha’is have no civil rights and in particular, they do not have the right to study.” Civil rights are defined as in line with the beliefs of Ayatollah Khomeini, Mousavi-Bodjnordi said. Officers Prevent 2 Sunni Prisoners from Receiving Medical Treatment

HRANA News Agency – Two Sunni prisoners of conscience in Iran who had been transferred to hospital on Tuesday after a deterioration in their condition were prevented from receiving medical treatment by officers in charge of their case.

HRANA News Agency – The imprisonment sentence of Emad Bahavar, the head of Youth Branch of Iran Freedom Movement has been reduced to 2 years at the Supreme Court.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), his previous 7-year-imprisonment sentence was based on “Collude”, “Gathering” and “Membership of Iran Freedom Movement Party” charges. After a review on his case at the Supreme Court, this sentence was reduced to 2 years on the charge of “Membership of Iran Freedom Movement party”. Hakimeh Shokri Exiled to Prison of Varamin

HRANA News Agency – Hakimeh Shokri, political prisoner of women’s ward of Evin prison has been exiled to Gharchak prison in Varamin, “Shahre Ray” because of criticizing the inattention into the situation of women prisoners.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), she is an activist of “Madarane Parke Laleh” and it is more than two years that she is held in women’s ward in Evin Prison, and due to complaining about the inattention into the situation of women prisoners, she has been exiled to prison in Gharchake Varamin. A Soldier Wounded Severely by Mine Explosion

HRANA News Agency – A soldier was wounded in a mine explosion in Fakkeh area where had been previously announced as a cleared area.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on 16th December, a soldier, named Mohammad Qanbar Zehi, of Engineering Armored Brigade 292, deployed in Fakkeh area was severely wounded on the chest, both arms and lower body also his right wrist has been cut by mine explosion.
