A Report about the Bad Condition of Central Prison of Sanandaj
HRANA News Agency – Imposing more limitation by prison authorities of Sanandaj prison, and over population have made the conditions for the prisoners in this prison very hard. Due to over-population, shortage of required facilities, imposing arbitrary limitations by the authorities like cutting the gas, kidney and prostate problems due to bad water condition, lack of proper medical facilities, lack of classification of prisoners, insulting and beating the prisoners, low quality and shortage of prison food are common problem in this prison.

A Report on the Situation of Daneshpour Moghadam Family
HRANA News Agency – Mohsen and Ahmad Daneshpour Moghadam, father and son, along with Motahareh Bahrami and Reihaneh Haj Ebrahim Dabbagh, all members of a family, with Hadi Ghaemi, a family friend, were arrested in 2009 and sentenced to death. Despite the passage of years since the original conviction for Mohsen and Ahmad Daneshpour Moghaddam, and despite their objection, the judiciary refuses to make the final decision under the pretext of “the files are lost”. The physical condition of these two political prisoners, who are deprived of their rights because of remaining undecided, has been reported extremely poor.

Mohammad Ali Taheri’s Wife: “Another Court Session Will Be Held for My Husband!”
HRANA News Agency – Mrs. Mohammedan, Mohammad Ali Taheri’s wife told that soon another court hearing was going to be held for her husband, while emphasizing the threat against any kind of objection due to “being Mr. Taheri’s wife”, and announced that she would refuse the visits or telephone calls as a form of protest and strike.

Arash Sadeghi Ended Hunger Strike in Ward 350 of Evin Prison
HRANA News Agency – Arash Sadeghi, civil activist in ward 350 of Evin prison, has ended his hunger strike since couple of days ago based on prosecutor’s promises, and was transferred to Imam Khomeini hospital in Tehran for one day and was returned to the prison again.

A Comprehensive List of Prisoners Charged with Muharebeh in Iran; 168 Prisoners
HRANA News Agency – According to the changes related to Moharebeh (waging war against god) in the New Islamic Penal Code, those who have been convicted of Moharebeh based on the previous penal code, will now have the possibility for a retrial, commutation and release. Currently there are 168 prisoners including 11 female prisoners in Iranian prisons whom are convicted of Moharebeh for different reasons and have are sentenced to long imprisonment or death. Mohammad Amin Agoshi Held in the Quarantine of Tabriz Prison Since 4 Month Ago
HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Amin Agoshi, security prisoner in Tabriz Central Prison, has been held in the quarantine ward of this prison, since four months ago in an undecided condition. Mr. Agoshi suffers from “shortness of breath, back pain and kidney disease”. Lack of coordination among relevant judiciary bodies is preventing the order of parole and his transfer from the temporary ward.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), a close source to Mohammad Amin Agoshi, after announcing this news, in an interview with HRANA’s reporter said: “Once they say that they have requested amnesty for him, once they said the parole had been accepted but the prison did not implement it. The prison said it was the court’s fault. Tabriz court blames Urmia court. Urmia court blames Tabriz court.
