Malek Mohmmad Abadian; under Detention for 3 and Half Years

HRANA News Agency – After three and half years of detention of the Malek Mohammad Abadian’s family in Sistan and Baluchistan, the revolutionary court of Zahedan is denying to release them on the bail, although the Supreme Court has cancelled the death sentence.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Zahedan’s judiciary is refusing to release the Abadian family on the bail, despite the promises and freedom of the others. A Report about Malek Mohammad Abadian’s Family’s Situation

HRANA News Agency – After more than 3 years in solitary confinement and prison and despite the overturn of death penalty of family members of Malek Mohammad Abadian by the Supreme Court and despite the repeated promises, Court of Zahedan refuses to release the family on the bail.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Nasrin Abadian, this family’s girl, by announcing this issue, told HRANA: “The Supreme Court, due to lack of evidence and the fact that the confession was under torture, overturned the death penalty. Child of Sunni prisoner detained for three years without sentence

HRANA News Agency – Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence has prevented the release of the child of a Sunni prisoner who has been held for three years without sentence, despite being granted release on bail by the courts six months ago.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Abdollah Abadian, the son of Sunni prisoner Malek Mohammad Abadian, was arrested at the age of 16. He has been detained without sentence for the past three years in the Ministry of Intelligence detention center and in the Central Prison of Zahedan, southeast Iran. Sunni activist imprisoned since 2012 faces new allegations

HRANA News Agency – Despite being imprisoned for the past two years, a Sunni prisoner has been accused of involvement in a killing that took place less than two months ago.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Malek Mohammad Abadian, a Sunni prisoner of conscience held in Zahedan Central Prison, is facing new charges of involvement in the killing of a teacher who was shot by unknown men on 15 April 2014. A prisoner’s son threatened not to talk to the media

HRANA News Agency – Amin Naghshbandi, the son of Moulavi Fathi Mohammad Naghshbandi was ordered to go to the intelligence service office where he was threatened.

4 Sunni prisoners are sentenced to death

HRANA News Agency – According to the announced sentences to Moulavi Fathi Mohammad Naghshbandi and his companion, four people are sentenced to death.

 

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the sentences of Moulavi Fathi Mohammad Naghshbandi and his companions, on charge of murder of Moulavi Mostafa Jangi Zehi, the head and commander of Rask Basij base, has been issued and submitted to them in Zahedan prison.
