HRANA News Agency – The 54th branch of Tehran appeals court confirmed the primary sentence of Hussein Rafie. In the first phase of the trial, he had been sentenced to six years in prison, two- year ban from membership in parties, groups and political groups and activities in cyberspace, media and fined three million Riyals.

3 Supporters of Mohammad Ali Taheri Transferred To Tehran Central Prison
HRANA News Agency – 3 of Mohammad-Ali Taheri’s supporters were transferred to Tehran Central Prison (Fashafouye). Vahid Fallahi, Mohsen Karimi and Farshad Azimzade had been arrested in front of Evin Prison on Sunday 21st February.

Reza Samie Monfared on Hunger Strike in Evin Prison
HRANA News Agency – Reza Samie Monfared, security prisoner of ward 7 of Evin Prison said in a letter that he would start a hunger strike. His requests are having Parole or Medical furlough.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Reza Samie Monfared, former special inspector was arrested and sentenced to five years in prison on charges of communicating with enemy states.
Close sources to with him said that he was arrested and sentenced because of exposing the corruption of 3 trillion. HRANA can neither confirm nor reject this independently.
The prisoner needs the medical care due to suffering from disc herniation and is eligible for parole after serving 1/3 of the sentence.
Reza Samie Monfared was arrested in 2013 and after spending four months in solitary confinement in ward 240 of Evin prison was transferred to ward 350 of Evin prison and then to ward 7.
Amir golestani Ended His Hunger Strike
HRANA News Agency – Amir golestani ended his hunger strike after 11 days by the judicial authorities’ promises based on addressing his parole process.

Shokoofeh Azar Masoule’s Trial Was Held in Tehran
HRANA News Agency – Shokoofeh Azar Masoule’s trial was held on Wednesday 24th February at branch number 26 of Tehran’s Revolutionary court with chief judge Ahmadzade. This civil rights activist has been deprived of visits during her detention due to the loss of immediate family members and because of not being able to provide the proposed bail; she has remained in prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), her charges have been announced as ”propaganda against the regime” and “gathering and collusion with intention of disruption of the national security”. Misagh Yazdannejad’s Trial Session Was Held in Tehran
HRANA News Agency – The court session of Misagh Yazdannejad was held on Tuesday February 16th, in Branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court. The imprisoned student’s sentence of 13 years imprisonment was rejected by the Supreme Court in its 9th year and his case is scheduled to be treated again.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Misagh Yazdannejad had been arrested on September 10, 2007 and was sentenced to 13 years in prison by Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court presided by Judge Salvati. Mohammadreza Alipayam Transferred To The Hospital
HRANA News Agency – Mohammadreza Alipayam (Haloo), imprisoned poet and satire columnist was transferred to prison clinic because of injuries on his head and bleeding and then was transferred to Imam Khomeini hospital in Tehran. This prisoner’s head was healed with eight stitches because of injuries and he said that he did not remember anything because of being unconscious.

Keyvan Karimi Sentenced To Imprisonment And Lashes In The Appeal Court
HRANA News Agency – Branch 54 of the Tehran province Appeals Court sentenced Keyvan Karimi to 223 lashes, 20 million Tomans fine, one year imprisonment and one year suspended imprisonment. The verdict was announced to this filmmaker’s lawyer, on Saturday.

Eisa Saharkhiz Restarted His Hunger Strike
HRANA News Agency – Eisa Saharkhiz, imprisoned journalist who was kept in ward 2-A of Evin prison along with Siyamak Namazi, has been transferred to the solitary confinement for unknown reasons. Mehdi Saharkhiz stated that his father started a wet-hunger strike in response.

Amir Amirgholi Sentenced To 21 Years In Prison
HRANA News Agency – Amir Amirgholi, former student activist and political prisoner in ward 8 of Evin prison, has been sentenced to 21 years imprisonment by Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court presided by Judge Salvati. In accordance with Article 134 of the Penal Code and the aggregation of the crime, the maximum applicable punishment of this sentence is up to seven years.
