HRANA News Agency – Mashallah Haeri, political prisoner, was released from Rajaee Shahr Prison in Karaj.

A Prisoner Hanged In Khorramabad Prison + Video Of His Last Words

HRANA News Agency – The death sentence of a prisoner, who had been convicted for drug-related offenses, was executed in Khorramabad prison.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mehdi Ranjkesh who had been arrested in 2010, on charges of drug trafficking and was sentenced to death, was hanged at dawn on Saturday, 2nd January 2016. Ali Faezpoor Sentenced To 8 Months In Prison

HRANA News Agency – Ali Faezpoor, labour rights activist, has been sentenced to 8 months in prison by branch number 2 of the revolutionary court of Tabriz.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Ali Faezpoor who was arrested on October 3, 2015, after the funeral ceremony of Shahrokh Zamani, has been sentenced to 8 months in prison by branch number 2 of the revolutionary court of Tabriz, on charge of propaganda against the regime. 2 Political Prisoners Transferred To The Solitary Confinements Of Urumieh Prison

HRANA News Agency – Rauf Mohamadali and Bahman Dalai Milan who were on hunger strike to protest the non-implementation of the principle of separation of offenses in Urumieh prison, were transferred to solitary confinements.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), these two prisoners who are kept at ward 5 in Urumieh prison called ward “psychotherapy”, had demanded prison authorities that by the implementation of the principle of separation of offences transfer them  to political prisoners’ ward. The Appeal Court Of 3 Artists Was Held In Tehran

HRANA News Agency – The Appeal Court was hold for Mehdi Rajabian, Hossein Rajabian and Yousef Emadi, three artists, who had been sentenced together to eighteen years imprisonment in the first trial, and now they are waiting for the decision of the Court of Appeal.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mehdi Rajabian, Setar player and founder of the “Barge Music” media, Hossein Rajabian filmmaker and freelance photographer and Youseph Emadi, musician, attended a trial in Branch 54 of the Court of Appeal, presided by Judge Babaei, on 22nd December. HRANA New Agency – Sanya Bobnehvich and Mehdi Dadkhah, after more than two weeks, were released on the bail from Amirabad prison.

Bahareh Hedayat Returned To Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – Bahareh Hedayat, political and student activist, who was sent on furlough on 24 December 2015, returned to Evin prison by the end of her furlough.

HRANA News Agency – Ramazan Ahmad Kamal, Kurdish Syrian prisoner of Rajaei Shahr who has been transferred to a hospital after deteriorating of his health condition, is in coma.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Bahman Ahmadi Amouei, the journalist and former cellmate of Mr. Ahmad Kamal, wrote on his personal page, “he is in coma since he has been transferred to hospital, by the time that I am posting this.
